I purchased a phone based on the employee's assurance that it would work in Europe, only to find out it's SIM-locked. Despite several attempts to contact the store for a resolution, my calls remain unanswered.EDIT: I reached out to your customer service through the general number, 888-8-METRO-8, and after consulting with their financial department, I was informed that the store where I purchased my phone should be responsible for providing a refund due to their negligence in providing me with misinformation regarding the service. Furthermore, given that there are no Metro By T-Mobile stores in Europe, this is the only viable means to resolve my problem. Provide me with your e-mail to solve this issue.

Saturday Aug 28th 20212:23pm. The representative was was rude and strange acting. I have a t line family plan for years and this was the first time that I walked in a metro pcs store and was treated like garbage. I'm disappointed at the service and shortness of this lady.

The people in this branch stole from my mentally handicapped little brother. He went into this establishment to buy a cell phone and service but got ripped off. They added a third line to someones else account unbeknownst to him and when his phone number got shut off didn't have any answers as to why. They couldn't even tell me how to contact their manager. This place should be shut down asap. If you want great customer service head on over to the flagship store on 125th st.

The phones you get there break easily, they tell you the give you a bargain but then they overcharge and they don't tell you when they have a sale going on, if they can get you to pay more
