Josh was extremely helpful, the store was clean and nice I broke my phone he was able to get all my contacts back, he was able to get me a great deal and save me money on my plan. I can't wait to come in for my home internet.

It's OK . But only this particular Metro by T- Mobile store has a phone bill paying machine and not teller. It is something new that they did on there own , so I went to another Metro by T-Mobile store on the east side . With all of these changes and rearrangements going on all of the time , I really wish they would stay still .

Willy is terrible, terrible. He is one of the worst customer service reps that I ever come across, in addition to being unprofessional and condescending he is extremely childish and abrasive. He clearly incompetent and terrible at this job. This store is going to be outright effective so long as employees like Willy are still employed there.

I started service on Friday June 30th. I went yesterday July 2nd at 2:45pm to this location. Cynthia was the rep I dealt with. She added an extra service to my plan so I could contact my family in Canada. She then told me the add-on wouldn’t be available to use until July 27th. Not good. I needed to call my 88 year old Dad back. TODAY. She then said I needed to pay my next months bill now. Which I did. This didn’t solve the problem. She proceeded to tap different things on my phone to no avail. THE KICKER IS, and why I am writing this review is. SHE TOOK A PERSONAL PHONE CALL WHILE SHE WAS “HELPING ME”. I was blown away she stopped “helping me” to take a phone call. Just stood in front of me talking on her phone. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called 611 today and had it fixed. 611 even said “why did she say you had to wait till July 27th?” I don’t know? But I do know first hand she is REALLY bad at doing her job.I would not recommend this store to anybody.

I recently visited this location and the staff was nice they actually went above and beyond to make sure that I got the phone I wanted and it was at a good price I also even got a tablet and I didn't even know this but they offer high-speed internet for my house so now I'm using the internet in my home id recommend coming to this location its way better than the other metro by T-Mobile i went to

They are nice n fast but they checked my 100$ bills like I was a criminal. Then called my money sketchy. Like come on. They were crispier than burnt chicken.

LOUSY STORE .. The manager in the store Told me about My T-Mobile hotspot She said the reason why my phone was messed up was because I didn't have an address on my t-mobile hotspot Then she mentioned about the Wi-Fi I ask her how much she told me a $137 And to turn it on you have to pay $70 1st of all I didn't want to Wi-Fi I read that keep the hotspot from T-Mobile separately And just pay my $100 a month I had something wrong with my phone because the apps weren't showing on the phone So what I did I went to the reset button and did it myself Took me 2 hours to figure it out but it should take them less than a second to finger it out lousy store

The service was horribly innappropriate. I was told that it was the last day that the store would be open. Its no wonder why. As I'm trying to explain the issue I'm having, one of the employees was speaking beligerwntly about their trip to Dominican Republic with tales of purchasing cochise, weed and various other illicit drugs. It was just a sad scene.i think I'm gonna move over to Boost.

It was entirely too hot in this place. There was no A.C on and I damned near sweated out all my Deodorant off. They had the door wide open for anything to fly in there and land on your food. The service was alright. The staff was very nice.

Very bad attitude and they don't help you. I came to this subway, because an authorized subway dealer sent me to help me with something that the dealer couldn't because he didn't give him access, and he told me to go to the corporate store on 125th Street, and I came to this place and the woman who was there told me no, that she was not going to do that.
