My nephew paid my bill here for me on. Saturday Jan 20, 2024.My nephew gave him the bill money plus the $5 processing fee for my bill. A few minutes later I got 12 different bill changes to my bill which was not authorized by my nephew nor myself and also a $5 payment processing text . My nephew went back to the store the Rep there told me that my payment would process in 24 hours I already knew that was a lie. Then he said it's a computer glitch it will show up in 24 hours. Mind you he was fast talking to me and also talking over me so I knew he was lying. Ok Sun no payment Monday no payment Tuesday I finally went to my metro store where I live still no payment of the rest of my money. Thank God My metro employee where I reside no payment still and they put my bill back to where it is suppose to be. This store has been reported to Metro PCS corporate office and also to the BBB. Do not spend your money at this location they are taking peoples money. 0 stars of I could. ????

Absolutely wonderful experience here. The staff member who helped me made the entire process very easy, was extremely patient, and also super funny. If you need in-person help, I definitely recommend coming to this store in particular!

It would be nice to speak to someone before I went there to switch a phone since you guy's Don offer that service to existing customers..... last time I went they were open but doors locked.

I don't know how this store at 2002 2nd Ave stays in business but I am trying to call them to ask for a particular phone and it says the number you have dialed could not be reached. Another person here had the same issue and someone from Metro said they will look into it and so far nothing.

I needed a new phone, that will work in Mexico too. when i got to the store, Umberto assisted me. he showed me the phones that he had. and i chose Motorola. he also included case and screen protection for me. which, i was very happy. awesome customer service.

They overcharged me for a SIM card activation. Receipt showed I also purchased a screen protector. When I went back I was told they don’t have that sku in the system for the activation fee. Money was refunded. I was asked if I’d “like that”. Do better guys.
