This store has poor customer service skills. Staff was very rude and even gave me attitude because they said I was taking too long inserting bills into the kiosk machine. One of the clerks even challenged me to a fist fight outside the store. That to me speaks ratchetness in volumes.aa if that wasn't ratchet the fact that he was showing off to a female employee with large breasts and an even larger forehead.

This is the flagship store and they have the best customer service and the staff in there everyone knows the the answers to the questions. The phones are up-to-date and not where is when you go to other stores you would think you're buying a new phone and it's a refurbished one without your knowledge

I went to switch to this store and buy an Iphone 11 and they charging me 45 usd just in activation fee. They rob people here.Keep away from this place

If you are looking for a Metropcs store that would provide excellent customer service and staff that would have proper training, then I highly donot recommend this Metropcs store. Today was my first time going to this particular Metropcs store. Moreover, one of the representative failed to assist me, did not ask for my account information, and walked away. While a second representative at the store caught an attitude and refused to assist. It is very sad how there are individuals who would rather work at a store only for the money. However, they lack of professionalism, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and not knowledgeable. I highly donot recommend this store where so much unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is noticed.

If I could give less than 1 star definitely would in this case. To start the people at this store have been helpful and friendly a couple times I visited before. When I became a new customer six months ago they were vital to me getting service. I have had prepaid phones nearly 20 years no problems- all the services were enough customer service ok. But my carrier virgin mobile got bought by whoever and taking over my info they messed up and also with 5 g seemed like my data was disappearing faster than I used. Anyway this location helped me sort out all that! Was happy until one day without dropping my iPhone 11( 18 months old)- wetting it- has a case and screen protector- screen went black. Tried to charge started overheating! Travelled down from the bronx for them to help- they didn’t know what was wrong sent me to apple -ok. Apple said display broke- don’t know how $200 to fix will work for 3 months. Probably best get a new phone- carrier might be able to help. Went back to this location- free phones for new customers- couldn’t lease a phone cause they couldn’t override the verification text to the phone( since I couldn’t see texts)- seemed helpful- but girl who helped was adjusting FaceTime on her phone and speaking with someone using air buds while helping me. I was not angry - not rushing- was on the verge of tears scared not having a phone and not knowing how to fix. Later after going to a next location and hearing a similar story and told they couldn’t help me switch from the broken phone to an old phone. Holding my phone info captive- trying to get me to buy a new phone but saying my info in the system wrong. I finally used my work phone to call customer service spoke to a manager- she said there is no override issue- my zip code isn’t wrong- the info can easily be switched to an older phone. She doesn’t understand why two different locations were refusing to help me. After going to a 3 rd location in nj- it took 10 minutes! No override issue! $28 dollars to switch my info to my old phone that I’m using now. Yes I will need to get a new phone- but I couldn’t afford to buy a new phone right now. And instead of trying to help was not but making it worse. And 2 different locations! It’s like they either don’t want to do their jobs or being told to not help while holding your service captive. Don’t visit this location- it’s a toss up who really does anything and waste of time

Customer service was horrible, don't know the manger name because he did not have a name tag on. The manger arguing with a customer very unprofessional, i needed my security in they was not helpful was very rued, it a shame in the community we live in they treat with no respect, now I will will be changing my phone carrier, because I was with Metro Pcs for years, They told me I have to get a new phone number it should be a way that, Metro should be able to help me with me without getting a new number.i spoke to 611abott the situation. Thanks

I was having huge difficulties with my new phone and service. All the men that work there were so kind, patient and understanding. No question was a stupid question and I appreciated that. I hope their boss takes care of them, they are wonderful workers.

The meteo pcs here is good sometimes .I had service today like they really didnt want to help one girl was really helpful.. The guy hope he's not the manager smart mouth the remarks were not COOL . ALSO OPEN ON TIME WORKERS COMING IN 3.4.5 minutes beforetime to open and then not oping at 10 am

A huge thank you to all the men working at this metro cooperate office on activating my new phone. After visiting 4 different metro STORES 1 being the metro corporate office in Queens located on Jamaica avenue, in which I had a horrible experience this metro cooperate store SAVED ME. The men were patient and knew exactly what to do to solve my issues. I also appreciated no question was a stupid question, as all my questions were answered with complete understanding. The store was clean, and very chill, and the best thing was I wasn't there long 15 minutes at most. I honestly don't know where the negative reviews are from , but those group of men who assisted me today are SUBURB. I thank you all so much .
