Best Italian deli in the area. I would love to give them five stars, but they refuse to give me extra sauce. I order extra sauce on my chicken Parm every single time. I see it printed on the receipt. I don’t know if they run out of early in the day or what, but they just refuse to give it out. The sandwich is delicious but it’s usually pretty dry. I’m paying $20 for a chicken Parm sub, and I still have to heat up my own tomato sauce out of a jar because they won’t give you more than just the tiniest amount that the bread soaks up anyway. Milano, I love you but why so stingy with the sauce? I’ll pay extra if I have to.

Read reviews about people finding hair in their Caesar wraps but continued ordering from here because I thought it was just one off experiences those people must’ve had. Well, that was until I found a hair in MY Caesar wrap (see photo). The photo was taken after I pulled the piece of hair out from between some lettuce and croutons. How many people will find hair in their Caesar wraps before we acknowledge that this place is just dirty and overrated? I agree that employees are always so rude and make you feel like you’re wasting their time when you’re just simply ordering your food. Also, their “chicken parm” or “eggplant parm” sandwiches are pathetic. They literally take a piece of chicken cutlet, shmear an incredibly cheap amount of sauce on it, add a piece of mozzarella ontop and microwave it, yes MICROWAVE IT, to melt the cheese. If you ask them for more sauce they give you an attitude. Seriously I don’t know how or why this place is still in business. DIRTY. RUDE. Workers should wear hair nets.

The food is ok everything is way too overpriced but I’m here to write about the staff which is horrible! They hate their job especially the ladies by the register! One of them even told me that all the bread contains eggs! This is absurd!“Bread” does not contain eggs at least most of it! The ladies are extremely rude and they hate their job!if you ask to see something they show you with laziness! Shame for such store! They act like they work for Walmart !Peasants and very rude staff!I gave this place three chances and all three times the woman by the register are horrid I’m surprised they have these unkind, unprofessional, completely illiterate rude cashiers ! They have no idea about customer etiquette.

Visited New York for work and my wife found this deli for us to try. It did not fail us! This place was packed which threw us off a bit as we were crunched for time but they move quick. Options are endless and sandwiches are endless. Ended up coming back to NY a month later and visited this place two more times. Even brought a sandwich back to Texas! It was fantastic! Prices are decent.

I've visited this place several times, and I must say, their food is truly exceptional. Whether it's sandwiches or cooked dishes, everything here has consistently been delicious and fresh. One particular favorite of mine is the tartufo sandwich. The rosemary focaccia bread, freshly baked and perfectly soft yet delightfully chewy, is a revelation. With just one bite, the aromatic olive oil transports your taste buds to a heavenly place. What sets them apart is their generosity with ingredients; one sandwich is easily enough for two people. Each component, from the burrata and arugula to the chicken cutlet, shines on its own, but the real magic happens when they all come together. The flavors dance on your palate, creating a harmonious symphony for your taste buds.Beyond the fantastic food, the overall experience of coming here is quite pleasant. Despite the absence of a dining area, the warm and welcoming family atmosphere is immediately evident. The walls adorned with shelves of ingredients add to the cozy ambiance. Waiting in line to order sandwiches feels like an exciting morning bagel run, promising a satisfying treat for your belly.I wholeheartedly recommend this place for both lunch and dinner. It's a haven for wholesome food.
