The location on Google maps is incorrect. Please search for 1440 W 40th St and then follow directions. There is a giant CVS at the intersection of Broadway and W 40th, enter there.

We had an amazing experience with Robert, NP at the minute clinic. We were visiting NY from out of town and my son needed to be seen for an ear infection. I’ve never seen a nurse practitioner have to do so many admin tasks (vitals, chief complaint, take co payment), do it with grace, while providing exceptional care. He even called our hotel to see if they could refrigerate our antibiotics since we didn’t have a mini fridge. As a health care worker myself, I was very pleased with the care and education provided while Robert seemed to be manning the whole clinic alone. It was busy, but that didn’t stop us from receiving great care. Thanks again for making our NY trip a little easier!

I went there for my flu shot (mmr) and booked an appointment after going there which was scheduled after an hour. But there wasn’t any patient so the doctor let me in. She was incredibly nice and helpful her name was Amalia if I’m not wrong. it was so nice and easy. Loved the environment. But the pharmacy areas employees are not so helpful and they’re unwilling to answer your questions.

Never in my life have I EVER had a doctor so uncaring, selfish, and unprofessional! The entire thing was suspicious. NEVER go here for high quality care. If I could rate this 0 stars I would! If your team truly cares, then you need to start showing it because you have not shown me a single ounce! My family and I are traveling. I came down with a pretty bad sore throat and later little bumps started to appear under my lip, legs, and hands. But the bottom of my feet and fingers were in SO much damn pain to the point where it was painful to hold anything and to walk. My arms were itchy. So, we came in today, my sore throat was gone and my arms weren't itchy anymore. A woman came to get me. Never introduced herself, not even a name tag! I'm a teenager and my Mom was with me and the woman told my Mom to sit on the exam table and not the stool, because she would need to use the stool. (She never did.) She took my vitals, but not my blood pressure because I get anxious getting my blood pressure done. After we waited back in the waiting room for a couple minutes, another woman came in. She was not friendly at all (the MA was) and she never introduced herself or wore a name tag. We had to ask her if she was the nurse practitioner because she never said who the hell she was! She was instant on taking my blood pressure even though I told her I get anxious while doing it. She told me it was required for treatment, when asked why, she said it was a “medical thing” and that if I didn’t get my blood pressure done we would have to go to urgent care. Then, she was complaining about how it “only takes a few seconds.” She looked 10 seconds at my toes, but did not examine anything at all before asking me if we’d been around little kids. We said “no.” Then, she fills in a prescription for the same cream and diagnoses me with hand, foot, and mouth DISEASE (HFMD) This condition mainly affects babies and toddlers, but I’m a teenager who’s been around NO babies or little kids! I am concerned for your other patients and no one should ever go here.

I came here only for a Covid test, but MinuteClinic charged me extra $100+ for office visit because the nurse took my blood pressure, etc which I did not need.

Expect to wait at least 45 minutes, even if you made an appointment

NP, Luft was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about my skin condition, for which I visited the clinic. She was very helpful by accommodating me for my consultation. Somehow, my consultation was canceled, and she was nice enough to make the arrangement to see me without having to reschedule. Not only was she helpful but she also was caring and patient with me as I explained my condition.I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

This is a terrible CVS. The company at whole is awful but this particular location is useless. I have called on numerous times and just been on hold for 20 min or hung up on.

You would assume this would be open on a Thursday, but no.No one was there, I had to input my information into a computer to make an appointment which I thought would be within the next few hrs. It had no availability for today.I urgently needed care and this is clearly in my opinion not the place to get since my option for an appointment is 2 days from today.

I'm writing this to express my gratitude to the Nurse Practitioner Heather Thompson.I was traveling in Manhattan and knocked down by severe fever. Ms. Thompson took care of me with great expertise and patience. She assessed my symptoms carefully and did some tests on-site to find the root cause. She got me medications to reduce my fever and stop my nausea. When my symptoms were getting worse, she found the closest emergency room for me and helped me get a transport. After I moved to the ER, she called me twice to follow up on my illness.Being badly sick during the trip was terrible, but I was so lucky to have Ms. Thompson to help me go through it. What she did meant a lot for me. Thanks a lot.

*This review is primarily for the CVS Minute Clinic.*Location: Easy to find. Practically a five minute walk from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. It's also easy to spot once you're on site.Check in: Process was extremely easy. I actually made an appointment online the day prior. They sent me reminders emails and text messages. I had actually arrived earlier than I needed to be. Once I was all checked in, the kiosk instructed me to return to the patient waiting area when my appointment time was 5 minutes away.Wait time: I waited maybe 10 to 15 minutes tops around the patient waiting area before I was called into the back. The reason I didn't hang in the actual waiting area is due to the fact that it's a small square shaped area with only 4 seats. As my medical need did not affect my ability to stand comfortably, I chose to leave the seating open for someone who needed it and was without an appointment time.Exam room: Was very clean and comfortable. It was a good size and all necessary medical instruments that you'd normally see in a doctors office was there. In fact, I was here for a simple earwax removal irrigation and it was all prepped and ready for me.Nurse Practitioner: Attentive and personable. She was chatty without being overly chatty, matter of fact and professional. She asked the standard questions, took my identification and insurance card for scanning, took my vitals, looked into my ears and explained the procedure to me before getting started. During the process itself, she made sure to check my comfort level and the whole problem itself was solved within 10 minutes. If you've never had your ears irrigated, I have to tell you it's the best feeling. I was able to tell immediately once she had blasted the wax off of my ear drum because I suddenly had dual sound again. (I'm one of those people who just has excessive ear wax apparently.)Pro tip: If you're irrigating one ear, you may as well irrigate the other too. You start off on the same clean slate with both and you don't have to wait for your irrigated ear to adjust to the same sound level of the non-irrigated ear.The way the insurance scanner works, she wasn't able to tell me until she was writing post procedure notes that my insurance went through. (I was prepared to pay the $100 fee for the ear wax removal. Low price to hear again as far as I'm concerned.)She instructed me to return if I had any sudden pain in my ear, etc. All in all, if I have this issue again, I'd be happy to return to this clinic for service. As for the downstairs portion of the store: the fact that you have to call for assistance with the beverages and frozen desserts says a lot about the issues this store must face being in such close proximity to Times Square nowadays. It's a two level store and only as I was exiting did I see maybe 4 employees. Naturally they had signs announcing they were hiring as most businesses do at this time. Also they no longer carry paper advertisements so if you want to see anything, use the app or the in store kiosk.

First one there in the morning, waited a hour and a half. Basically told me to come back once I had pneumonia instead of prescribing me antibiotics now.

Long wait. Very rude, condescending and dismissive middle age blonde nurse who immediately wants to play the role of god. No medical history questions, no screening. It was just a "what do you need" and her answer was no without even getting into the medical history or understanding why I was there. MinuteClinic was literally a minute. Waste of time. That nurse is horrible at her job. She would serve better working as anything else. But this field is definitely not for her.
