I met Lauren who took care of me, incredibly nice, professional and helpful. Appointment was very efficient and she helped me so much. She gets 10 stars and she made my visit to the minute clinic to a great and safe experience!!

I don’t have details but I think something was not right about my visit there on September 19th. I never got my glucose readings that was included in the the price that the RN quoted me. Also I got billed for consultation fees.

I was helped by a nurse and a NP, I unfortunately don't remember their names, they were the nicest women that I have encountered in the health care world. So knowledgable and empathetic. Thank you!

It was a great experience. I arrived 15 min early as instructed and was seen early. The nurse practitioner took time to understand my concerns and called in 2 days to check on me.

Worse nurse experience ever with Brittney. I have been going to that location for years and the nurses were always very knowledgeable and super friendly and accommodating. I scheduled an appointment yesterday for a B12 shot and was thinking i would get a flu shot at the same time. Brittney told me the B12 shot was a wellness appointment and could only give me one shot anyway under the appointment time I had scheduled. Nobody was waiting behind me i told her the B12 was the priority between the two shots if i had to chose i would rather get that and come back for the flu shot. (She ended up spending more time arguing with me and telling me about all the new protocols and calling her manager she could have injected 3 flu shots and 5 B12 if only she was professional and spent less time playing victim and actually do her job). In the end she managed to tell me she was not confortable giving me the flu shot after i said fine since I am here lets do the flu shot and i will come back for the B12 and showed me the door!!!! The manager was embarrassed and kindly offered me a coupon and basically said he could not force her into giving me the shot. She clearly needs to find a new job she is not fit to be a nurse.

I visited for the first time last fall (October, to be exact), and the nurse practitioner Stephanie Jairam reassured me twice that I was covered for my polio vaccine, which I wanted to get before going to the Philippines. She even offered to do my flu vaccine "for free" as well.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I went to the MinuteClinic this morning for a flu vaccination and was really amazed by the service. I am nervous with needles and the nurse, Svenja Richter, made me feel really at ease and probably the most relaxed I’ve been getting a vaccination. The sign up and login process was fast, and I had no wait time to go in. Really recommend it to anyone with minor medical needs!

I had an excellent experience with Minute Clinic today. The nurse, Svenja Richter, was able to take my walk in appointment right away and I am glad during my travels in Manhattan that I found this place. During the last year I have made trips from Long Island to this Minute Clinic for their professional nurses.

I never am prompted to write reviews, but my clinician Svenja was so amazing and went out of her way to take care of my needs. I came in with a stye and she offered to call the Cvs optometry clinic uptown and book an appointment for me for my specific condition and was overall extremely kind and helpful!! Best service I ever received at a walk-in

I made an appointment online and was seen within 10 min with Ms. Svenja Richter. I received a typhoid shot, and she was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know in detail. It was not rushed at all and very comfortable. We even talked about concerns other than the typhoid vaccination and she was very open and caring. Would recommend her to anyone!

I signed up to hold a spot in line on their website, and the nurse practitioner had me in right on time. I had to get a tb test but I am needle phobic, and Heather was calm and prepared for that, and talked me through everything very kindly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My primary care is at a fancy Boston hospital, but I needed a flu shot fast so I decided to try this. I was so surprised: the nurse practitioner was as professional as anyone at the office I usually go to, the office was clean, the care was good and the service was fast. I wasn't expecting to be impressed, but I really was.
