This place is fraud! It states on their website that they accept my insurance. When I got there, I confirmed with the NP that they accept my insurance. A month later I got a bill saying the place accepts it, but the doctor overseeing the practice does not. Now I’m stuck with a bill when it could have been free if I had walked 3 extra blocks.

I love this cvs it's always a trustworthy place to get anything late at night and I've been going to this location for years and the staff are always friendly and helpful when it comes to scanning my items. I don't understand where the hate towards the employees are coming from but trust me they are people they are fine they won't bite you. Always a great spot to run in and get flu medicine or pick up your prescriptions

The nurse practitioner Karen was extremely helpful, informed, and kind. I would definitely go back to this location for future visits.

Their phone options really do not allow you to talk to anyone live. Why have a phone number to call if the only result is a summary of what you can see online? incredibly frustrating.

Usually in don't have a problem with this cvs but it's disappointing when they hire incompetent people. Atris is one of them. My asthma is awful today and I went in to pick up my nebulizer. I asked her about it and she stated the machine was in the bag. Once I got home I notice it wasn't in the back. Had to waste more time and confront her, which she avoided me first until I called her out. When someone is suffering from a breathing issue, you don't sit there and lie. It's so frustrating when people can't do their job properly. And best believe corporate is getting involved because what this lady did is unacceptable. Side note: noticed there was a sign that stated verbal abuse Won't be tolerated and the person will be escorted out of the store. But employees like Atris make it difficult because she clearly made a stupid mistake and it makes you wonder how did she even get hired. Employees like that should deal with the consequences And the attitude when they don't know how to do their job properly

This CVS has terribly limited store and pharmacy hours, which makes it difficult for customers to shop and for patients to get their medications. In notable contrast, the Duane Reade pharmacy less than a block away from this CVS with a pharmacy that is open 24/7.

Went to pick up my prescription and a full counter of seven employees was available but unwilling to help because it was 4 minutes into their lunch break. One very nice employee wanted to help but her supervisor closed the window on us while I was mid conversation with her. I explained this was my last chance to pick up my medication because the pharmacy notified me they would send my prescription back but the supervisor only cared about lunch hour. I will never use CVS pharmacy again due to the unhelpful staff.

STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE PHARMACY. PLEASE DO NOT USE. I have been calling both them and the Duane reade in the East 39th st several times over several days because my insurance ends today. It is the holiday season but I called before the holidays with no luck. I've explained to them that I will not have access to insurance for a while and I needed a 3-month supply of two of my daily medications and I have basically been playing phone tag to facilitate the transfer.Because it was the holidays, I was not able to visit the store physically. Please do not use either pharmacy unless you want to have a headache and inconvenience if transferring your important prescription. Staff is rude, incompetent, inconsiderate, lack empathy, and just straight up suck. I will never NEVER use this pharmacy again. Attached to this will be screenshots of how many times I called and received no help until just writing this review after I CRIED to a CVS pharmacist over the phone. Employees who should be held accountable: Titi, Albert, and Kim.

Wish i could give zero stores. the absolute worst CVS. incompetent staff in the store and especially at the pharmacy. every time i come here to pick up a prescription there is always an issue (they suddenly don't have my insurance information on file, out of stock, ridiculous wait times) and they always have an obsolete excuse. tonight i waited on like for 25 minutes while one person was as working the register to pick up prescriptions while 5 other pharmacists were back there doing who even knows what and not assisting any customers.
