I'm surprised that minute clinic locations have low ratings - I've used them a couple of times and for the most part have had good experiences. Scheduling can be a pain when it comes to availability but if you're willing to travel, you can get into other locations without a problem. Check in is pretty straight forward. For the most part, you're called on time or a few minutes late but it's nothing crazy. Pricing is listed on the website or you can confirm in person if it's not there. Minute clinic does have some limitations when it comes to things you want done from a typical clinic. Another thing is they are very straightforward about telling you if you can save $ and do it elsewhere for less.

Waited 30 mins but no one ever showed up. Pharmacist said the nurse probably stepped out. Avoid.

Just trying to call to let them know that I’m running a few minutes late to appointment…virtually impossible to get a hold of a live representative…there’s an automated message apologizing then it hangs up…was transferred to pharmacy at one point and they gave me the same number I had already been calling…good luck speaking to an actual person at this location if you’re trying to call….

They cancelled my Covid testing appointment just an hour before and didn’t even give me a reason.I have made my appointment well in advance to ensure that I receive my result timely for my travel. I was supposed to fly international few times over the course of the following few days, so the timing was crucial. I have confirmed the appointment few times until the night before to make sure.An hour before my appointment, I just received an email from CVS that my appointment is cancelled. No reason. No support for priority rescheduling. About half an hour after the email, they sent a text message to reschedule, and it was just a standard new appointment link. As you can imagine, the same timing was not available in whole manhattan - which makes sense, I had to look for an appointment on the same day in half an hour.I couldn’t believe the way they treat their appointment especially during Covid. This was my first experience with CVS minute clinic - i will never come back for their services again.

Didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment and it didn’t take long at all. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Simone, the NP, was very helpful and made sure to explain everything.

Terrible.....i registered online for an appointment at 1.10pm. Sat there until 1.40pm. Finally knocked on the door to get some assistance since there is only one doctor and no receptionist. The doctor gave me a bad attitude for knocking on the door to ask a question. Was hoping they would hold up to the appointment time but ended up using my whole lunch break just waiting to be seen. Strongly advise to use an urgent care clinic instead as the service and efficiency will be much better!!!

Wow, this MinuteClinic exceeded my expectations. The nurse practitioner was excellent - informative, inquisitive, and great bedside manner. I really felt as though she cared about making me feel better. And after seeing her, I did feel better. She prescribed me something and I was able to pick it up at the same pharmacy in only a few minutes which was also very convenient and a big plus.
