I went for a physical and flu shot and had such a great experience here. I arrived only a few minutes late cause of the snow and I didn't even get to sit down before the assistant said she could see me. Brianna was super nice and pleasant, taking all my information and making me comfortable. I didn't have to wait to see the NP Josephine Budinger and I can only say the most positive things about her. So patient, humorous, educated and a great listener. It's been a while since I've felt comfortable enough to actually have a conversation with a medical professional and ask questions. She gives off great energy. If I could make her my primary care provider, I would ?

Have tried calling 3 times with 30+ minute holds with no one answering or being hung up on. I desperately needed a medication filled ASAP due to health issues but no one can bother actually answering. The CVS website wont let me transfer this medication so I have no other option. Despite it being 24/7, it really isn't so avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

Useless.Notify me that there is a prescription that will be ready in the evening.I go in the next day, after standing in line for 15 minutes, because there is only one person on and 13 people in line, it is not ready. I speak to the pharmacist and she said it will be ready in 15 minutes. No explanation as to why it wasn't ready.15 minutes became 35 minutes. The pharmacist was telling everybody 15 minutes, knowing that it was a blatant lie.Place clearly needs a manager. Perhaps they have somebody who carries the title, but that person certainly doesn't know how to manage. Would give zero stars if that was possible

Have spent 45+ mins on hold with this location every time I try and contact them. They are non-responsive and unhelpful. One of the only 24 hr locations, but not worth anything. I would highly recommend avoiding if you can help it. They consistently let me down every time I need to pick up my prescription and I don't know why I go back here

I waited on hold to speak with a pharmacy staff 3 times for 20 minutes and was hung up on each time. I'm not sure if this is a staffing issue with this location but it is unacceptable.

If you want reasonable customer service, don't go there, this store has no staff training, no customer service at all. I asked three staff if the product was available since the website mentioned it was in stock. The first staff said to ask ANYONE who wore the red T-shirt, and he was actually. The 2nd one answered nothing, and then I requested to talk to the manager who had just passed by, she told me to talk to the cashier; how could the cashier know what product if I didn't have it on hand?? Finally, she said they were unable to check the inventory, really???? She's brushing me off.

Do not get a TB skin test done here unless you want a surprise bill. I called my insurance, they said it was fully covered. The people working here told me it would probably be $65 even after insurance fully covered it because they bill additionally but they couldn’t tell me until after the test was placed and it would be too late. I’d have to pay it either way. Also, despite having an appointment and a confirmation e mail they told me I didn’t have an appointment. Then all of the sudden they were able to “squeeze me in because they had a no show” The people working there seemed totally overwhelmed. This was a very bad experience and I won’t be back.

I went to the Minute Clinic recently and loved it. It was east to make an appointment at the kiosk. I didn't know they actually have a fully equipped clinic here. It was great! I feel like I received very good care here. The nurse practitioner was very calm and kind and attentive to me. She spent a good deal of time with me asking questions and listening. I was not feeling too good that day and I received 2 covid tests and a flu test. She called me a few days later to check up on me. Seemed like I got better care here than in my doctors office. The staff at the pharmacy are very good too.

This Pharmacy is one of the worst I've ever been to they're open 24 hours they take almost an hour to answer the phone the people there really don't help you I will not go again

We ended up going there after three of us got sick from eating at Carnegie Diner the evening before. We needed medication to get us through the day (and it did). The good: Lots of choices of articles to get. Two floors of goodies (but what you are probably looking for is on the second floor). Staff helpful and asks us if we needed help. The bad: Only self checkout. Cash line area confusing and tight. Prices can be expensive for a Canadian. Alleys are small and narrow.In the end, good place to get what you are looking for.

We went to the Minute Clinic in Berkeley, CA (CVS at 1451 Shattuck Ave) and got tetanus shots. These shots are covered by Medicare and we gave the clinic all our insurance information. However, we have received repeated bills from Minute Clinic. So we called Minute Clinic and were told that they do not submit claims to Medicare, that we have to do so. This is ridiculous, and in the future we will certainly go elsewhere.

Very sketchy and unreliable clinic. Changed my appointment time day of so they could get a longer lunch and I constantly receive bills from a doctor in Jersey that is connected to the clinic. What a scam- would not recommend.
