I have been a loyal supporter of this brand for numerous years. However, my recent experience on December 26th, around 7 pm, was deeply concerning. A salesperson at your store physically confronted a 70-year-old lady after a planner accidentally fell from her hands. The salesperson not only struck her arm but also used offensive language. It was evident that the salesperson is dealing with some personal challenges and requires assistance. It's alarming to witness such behavior, and I believe she should not be interacting with customers without proper supervision due to her aggressive tendencies. I felt it's important to bring this incident to your attention for the well-being and safety of both customers and staff. Thank you."

I always love this brand Moleskine , such a good option for gifts and great quality . However, this store in World Trade Center is different today. I came to the store to get some customize notebooks. However, the lady working at the store just nonstop given me attitude . I don’t think she matched with the grand image.

Very small store but service was nice and was welcoming. It’s right across from swatch 2nd floor. It was easy to find. Had good amount of products and friendly staff.

I bought a writing smart kit this saturday. An employee told me that I was going to receive the receipt by email but still nothing. I registered on the web with that email and there is no transaction.The app is not working properly. Only recognizes languages that start from a to i so I cannot select Spanish.I already wrote to customer service and Valentina sent a pre-written email without any solution. Then I went to Columbus Circle and the employee checked the error but couldnt do anything.I feel so frustrated!

I haven't been to this location but my boyfriend has and he got me the best notebook. The wide range of selection and the Sakura notebooks made it easy for him to buy me a surprise gift.

Super friendly staff! You can get your notebook embossed for $5 and they do it for you in store -- took 5 minutes and looks dynamite. Can't wait to give this as a gift.
