Super friendly staff who were willing to accommodate 4 of us + a baby for a weeknight dinner. Food was amazing and drinks were even better.Kid-friendliness: Baby was allowed to sit in high chair at chefs bar, but I heard the hostess tell another parent that they couldn’t accommodate high chairs at the regular tables (maybe because of walking room reasons?)

Ramen was ok. Noodles were good but the meat and the broth were just ok. The smoked pork belly tasted like ham. Also on the pricier side even for New York City ramen.

The ramen was way too rich and heavy for me. And the fried chicken was way too salty. The shrimp buns were more agreeable.Service and atmosphere were good though. The bartender was friendly.

Finaly got the chance to try out the famous momofuku!Lets start with food. We order some kimchi, potatoes, shrimp buns, ramen and cold noodle. Kimchi was amazing! Compared to the classic traditional kimchi, theres no after taste and semi spicy. The shrimp buns were amazing as it was cook and grilled to perfection. The bun and shrimp ratio is perfect as usually the bun overshadow the meat but not at momofuku. The potatoes however i personally didnt like it that much. Just weird. For main dish: Ramen was tasty but too much burned taste from the pork. The pork was very decent size but to my personal taste, smelt to burnt. The spicy cold noodle was very good but beware as it is very very spicy.Service was great. My water was always fulled! They came to check on us multiple times! They did forget my coke but our main guy make up for it. The milk tea is a must as well.Atmosphere was very pleasant. We sat at bar so we had a chance to enjoy the chef in actionTo conclude, not a classic japanese ramen place. More converge to america

Momofuku Noodle Bar Uptown is a cool and cozy spot to gather or meet up with people for a bowl of ramen or light bites. The restaurant is as dark as shown here. Not really kid-friendly as the selections are a single size. The Momfuku salad is a nice size, light, and refreshing. Great to share or have alone. The noodles with chicken has a wonderful broth and aroma. The chicken is so so and not plentiful. Visiting on the 3rd floor was quite our of the way and helped make it feel less like a shopping center. Enjoy!

Get the pork bao buns!! They were absolutely delicious. We went during lunchtime and the service was quick and prompt, and the food was great.

Great appetizers, over-seasoned ramen. Would recommend visiting.

Really uninspired ramen. Broth was basically just soy sauce water with some chili oil. No depth of flavor. Would not

Overall loved it, but it's a very "up-tempo" restaurant. Not a place to linger. Eat and get out, please. Their spicy ribs and beef ramen were very nicely spicy.

Food was not worth the price at all. Very average but expensive. The baos were better than the ramen which is never a good

A memorable family birthday dinner here! Our server, Luis, helped us pick an awesome variety for the four of us. One of the specials among the appetizers, the spicy rice cakes with pork belly was fabulous. The chili spice had a nice hot and sour kick, the meat was tender and the rice cakes had a chewy texture for balance. My entree was the Cumin beef noodles. I happen to love the aroma of cumin so this was great. This too had a nice hot and sour flavor to the spice. If one doesn’t like cumin, then this may be a bit overpowering. The food was warm and the beef cooked just right. The last time I was here I had the Garlic chicken ramen. If one is in mood for a steaming hot garlicky broth, then this it. Add a little chili crunch and you’re set. We ended the dinner with their ever popular brown butter rich and decadent chocolate chip cookies and their cinnamon sprinkled soft serve.
