Cleanest, largest grocery store in Lincoln Square // northern HK area. There’s space to walk around, unlike Whole Foods in Columbus circle ???? this location is also open until midnight for late night shoppers.

Went in here a few times to pick up some stuff. Employees kinda had an attitude which sort of ruins the experience but it's okay. Shelf are well stocked and items are divided evenly and professionally.

This Morton Williams staff are the worse. I was accused of stealing by a newly hired Hispanic security guard when in fact I had paid for my items. I was beyond upset. I had made a promise to myself never to shop at this Morton’s again. However, I decided to go back and again was followed around by the same security guard which made my shopping experience extremely unpleasant. When this store first opened, both the staff and management were amazing. Now it appears their excellent customer service has gone out the window. I shop this Mortons and Trader Joe’s weekly. And although I live just a few blocks away, I will bypass this location and do my shopping at Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Good Bye!

If you're coming here, this store is very large and you'll have to go around to find what you need. 2 cashiers are opened it's pretty slow.... Each customer is buying many products. I thought I got a hot Soup for $5.99 but I was told $7.02. I didn't understand. When I mentioned this to the cashier, "it was last week."How come they didn't remove the sale price? not fair. They have a place to eat outside and inside. a block from Starbucks too. M57 bus is right Infront.

So I'm pretty sure it's illegal to sell a fresh food item without a label, but Morton Williams staff sluffed off my concern and gladly sold me a Pecan pie even after i told them this pie, and the other 15 on the shelf of its kind, were in a plain white box with no markings whatsoever.. except for a price sticker. The bakery supervisor told me that it wasn't a Morton Williams made product and so it wasn't their responsibility to have labeling on it. The register guy said " It looks like a pecan pie, do you want it?". And customer service eclined to comment. So, no label . No manufacturer, no ingredients , no expiration date....nothing but a overpriced sticker of $21.99I bought the item to see if they would actually sell it to me. The receipt simply read "Bakery $21.99"Is there no accountability here? Ill be filing a complaint with the FDA.

Prices are astronomical and due to the huge amount of stock products are very often well passed their use by date - sometimes by 6+ months! Make sure you check before buying as they clearly don’t.

I came in for a salad today, the service was wonderful, the ingredients looked fresh, but unfortunately when I got back to the office, the salad was full of sand :( As someone who buys cilantro regularly, I assume that was the culprit as it requires very thorough washing. Very disappointed at money wasted and no time to go out again.

The workers are unhelpful, unfriendly and extremely slow. Plus the place is super pricey and very disorganized. To give you an idea, roughly the same weekly basket is over twice the price of Whole Foods at Columbus Circle.Rather go to Brooklyn Fare a block away.

This place is fabulous. I can't believe I'd never stumbled upon it before. The grocery selection is varied and wonderful and the prepared foods are also lovely. This place is leagues better than Hudson Market (and slightly cheaper too). I'm so happy I found it and will be back soon.

We were visiting the city and went in to get a few items. What a great full-scale grocery store. They appear to have everything, and the prices were similar to what we pay in Indiana. We will return on our future visits when we need grocery items.

Prices are typically not placed on products leaving you to guess constantly and hope you’re paying something fair.Workers there are ether completely unhelpful or will do bare minimum.Produce is sometimes rotten.

This Morton has safety issues with dogs. A boxer/pitbull aggressively charged at my 2 years old inside the store, and it was a close call. The dog had a loud bark that startled me and other shoppers nearby. I was left shaking. Dogs are not allowed in the store, but we see dogs quite often inside the store. They need better enforcement of the "No Dogs" policy to ensure the safety of everyone, especially the small children.
