Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience in this store. I’ve been shopping here for 2+ years & a few days ago I was followed around the store as if I was trying to steal. I was so uncomfortable & just turned off that I walked out of the store without purchasing what I came in for.I do not see myself returning in the future.

Packed full of everything you could ever want, from incense to jewelry. They also regularly house events and psychics/guides. Every time I visit, the place is packed, so be mindful that you might have to wait when you’re done shopping to check out.

The energy here is lovely, everyone is so kind and warm. Felt my heart at peace as soon as I walked into the store! They have a good selection of common crystals and a few rare finds. A lot of books on spirituality from different perspectives, incenses, oils, and the like. Tarot deck selection 10/10. Cannot recommend enough

While this shop has access to so much good stuff, EVERY single time I buy something, I get my receipt back and they've overcharged me. I have to show them their own sticker price and ask them to charge me accordingly. I don't want to call it a scam but....

I was a little nervous to walk into Namaste since I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, but once I stepped inside I was fascinated by their selection. I could've spent hours looking at every single crystal in the store in addition to everything else they sell, but I was short on time and was very happy when an employee offered me assistance. Trevor (or Travis? Sorry!) was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer to every question I had, his advice was great and saved me at least an hour of wandering around and googling every single thing. I'll definitely be back!

I wanted to love this place, but, for me, the vibes were off. First red flag was when the girl behind the register was doing someone's reading so loudly that you could hear it echoing through the entire store. Shhh that's somebodies personal spiritual information you got on the loud speaker. Second, it felt super touristy and commercialized. And third the music. At one point the song lyrics were talking about how much like Satan we all are, and to that I say "I'm a child of God" so I rebuke that entirely. I always prefer a soft sound scape, like wind chimes or ocean breeze. Something with a higher vibration than pop music about Satan. Once the song started playing, I realized I needed to put my incense back and leave. In short, I want the place that I buy my spiritual tools from to feel aligned, and energetically, this place feels a bit chaotic and low vibrational.

I bought a bracelet from the home store 2 days ago and wore it for the first time today. It broke while I was working and it pieces went everywhere so I could only find a few pieces. I called the store and the lady on the phone said she couldn’t replace it for me and could only restring it if I had ALL the pieces. I have shopped here for several years and also take part in the gratitude club where they give $20-$25 off your order after you spend $500. I have spent thousands in this store over the years so for them to not be willing to replace my bracelet after not even 1 full wear is very disappointing. Warning to all who may buy malas from Namaste. I definitely will never buy one from them again.

As a meditator, Namaste is my favorite bookstore. I bought lots of healing crystals and it amplifies my energy and well being. I also bought oracle book and will learn about Everyone is very nice and Sabrina helped me to understand of meaning and benefit of crystals.Thanks so Much ! And congratulations 12th anniversary! Nancy has sold me so many pieces and they are set so beautifully. They are the most knowledgeable people I have been to and have shown me so much. Best place to get your crystals in New York! I don't go anywhere else.
