NT is the best and safest place where I can keep my money, with the best interest. Besides, the excellent atmosphere, very professional treatment, always ready to give me a hand when is needed, and constant seminars that enhance my knowledge.

U think they could send an email ???? So careless and inconsiderate downright cheap and lazy - I drove over an hour in the monsoon rain to make their already limited business hours to find this crummy note and another disgruntled “ member “ because the atm wasn’t even taking deposits Smh I’m over this place

They don't provide phone service! The only way to connect with them is via text message or to go in to their branch office. My attempts to make purchases using my checking account or ATM card often didn't go through. The same purchases successfully went through when I used my other bank account! Neighborhood bank is useless!

This so-called bank is one of the most frustrating institutions I have ever experienced. Their technology and support are non-existent. There is no mobile banking and if you need to reach a customer service rep you have to text a number and hope they call you back and you have to be ready to answer the phone on their time. This place is like banking in the 1970s except without the nice customer service. Every time I was in the bank no one was there, it was a ghost town. The tellers wear sweatshirts and just don't care. They change their website without letting you know so now your accounts are not accessible as they were. This place needs to get its act together or close up shop.

They have your back when when you need someone to support you. Everything from your NYCID to loan to cover your child’s medical expenses or to refinance your existing high interest debt. The care and concern this place has for its people is how personal banking should be. I highly recommend joining NTFCU. They are a game changer and your financial ally.

Now i understand why this Bank is deserted and not much customer, the staff named Gabriella is irresponsible, inconsiderate, unprofessional and do not know her job as a banker, this bank operates like a 3rd world, they are not busy coz no customer most of the time but they get used to just sit down there waiting the bank to close, for simple banking transactions have to make a dozen of trip haphazardly cannot deliver the simple task worst your money gone and vanish in a thin air, the work halfway, substandard and u can compare those hermit kingdom and country like North Korea no words to describe this bank at all

I paid off an account in June. My original bank said the money was withdrawn, but NTFC can figure out where it went…I’m still waiting for Isaac to tel me but every time I call he says”I’ll call you back” and it never happens.

You will never ever speak to a real human this bank is a joke - they text you !!! This is how they communicate, they text you ... they make you play the telephone olympics just to speak to some virtual assistant that’s likely a rude bi..:. And then if they feel like it they text you - please review all of your options before you come here they close most of the working day so u can’t access your own money and they don’t answer the phone if u want to text your bank and get the run around put on your dancing shoes cuz they play all the games - just not a good bank - nine of those numbers lead you any closer to resolution I don’t even keep money in there at this point

Digging Outta Debt! So I got wind of this credit union by way of a the (NYC) Financial Empowerment course the City offers for free a year ago. They offer financial products and services for any and all economic situations. Their Credit Builder Loan has been a real game-changer for me in that it allows me to save a certain amount of money each month that gets reported to all three Credit Bureaus. So far, so good. NFTCU has rendered the utmost in Customer care, courteousness, kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. My road to Financial Peace is a lot lighter with this credit union as an Awesome companion.
