I recently went to this boutique to pick up a few sleeves in between my regular deliveries. I've gone to lots of boutiques, both here and in Florida and this it was exceptional in regards to customer service and general mood of the store. I find it even more impressive that this was achieved, inside of a department store as opposed to the standalone stores that have much more space and inventory and don't even compared to the service received here!

I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience at this Nespresso store. I had bought 2 sleeves of coffee for my brother and sister in law's machine and during the purchase when the cashier tried to get me to sign up for an account or whatever I said that no, I'm visiting my brother and sister in law and this was for their machine. I ended up buying 2 sleeves of coffee that were the wrong size for the machine (I bought the big pods when I needed the smaller espresso ones). Yes, sure, I should've known what size to get, but also I don't buy these ever, this purchase was for a machine I don't own and don't use. I said this to the cashier, and you'd think that would've prompted him to clarify with me which size I needed, but it didn't. I returned a couple days later to grab the correct size pods this time and inquired about the return policy for the sleeves I had bought prior - I was told that I could not return nor exchange the pods I had bought mistakenly, even though they were unopened and even though I had a receipt, unless I had an account with them. What unbelievable bullshit. The cashier who told me this seemed new and was very apologetic and nice (hard to be mad at *him*, it's not like he was the one to make up the policy), but someone behind him also at the counter who seemed to be maybe training him or supervising him, when the apologetic cashier guy looked to him for confirmation regarding the return policy, he just shook his head to confirm that no I could not return anything - no eye contact to me, no further explanation about this ridiculous policy. I'm just so annoyed that I was sold the wrong sleeves in the first place especially when mentioning that they were not for my machine, and that this stupid policy is in place. Horrible, horrible customer experience. Now I'm out $23 for 2 sleeves of coffee pods I'll have to just give away and in essence they shrugged and said tough shit.

I just got my machine recently and I went to the store and the lady said “ next time you make a purchase you will get a set of two glasses.” I finished my sleeves and came back and apparently that was a scam they said “ buy these and then you will get the set” I went in today and apparently tbey take all your information and create an account for you to send you emails and messages but not to keep on the records that you have a free set. The manager Daniel came to me and said “we do not keep it on the records so people don’t create fake account and then said let your friend create an account it’s easy” we need to put a limit for these cooperations making systems that benefits them perfect and systems that benefits customers “not so perfect.” Happened at the Soho Branch.

This is a great spot to have Nespresso. The employees dedicated to this area are very helpful and very friendly. I also loved that they gave my husband and I a small cup to try one that we liked. (I don't like anything with a flavor). We were buying some pods for a fried-India, Stockholm and Cape Town. And then we bought some of the same for ourselves. And you can recycle which I love! Also, different products to buy so that is fun to look at everything as well!

Despite being able to order online, I head in because of the amazing staff. I shifted from a keurig to the confusing world of Nespresso, and Joe took the time to help me decipher all the flavors including making sacrilegious Americanos. He is always attentive regardless of how busy they are and has been a great guide on my new addiction.

Remarkably well managed location. The manager, Joe (I hope I didn’t mix up his name) is a very kind and helpful gentleman. I’m grateful for him as my day’s been a bit rough. I’d recommend anyone stop by this location in particular.

I felt compelled to write this review after the worst customer service experience I can recall in NYC. I stopped in on my birthday, on Saturday afternoon, March 11th. The salesman was rude and impatient with me. A superior individual (as he saw himself). When I got home I realized he had sold me the wrong sized coffee. I went back today, Wednesday, March 15 at 5:10 pm, and attempted to exchange the sleeve for the correct size: the manager refused. I pointed out the salesman was at fault, but he refused to accommodate me for no good reason. I was polite throughout. I told him the only reason people shop at in person stores these days is to receive good customer service, and that I hadn't gotten that today, nor on Saturday, and that I lived far from the boutique, and it had not been convenient to return to correct a mistake his coworker had made, and now I was not offered the obvious courtesy of exchanging for the correct product. Awful. And the worst part of all, as I left, the manager and the salesman burst out in loud laughs of mockery. It was humiliating. I'm so disappointed with this experience that I will never shop at a Nespresso boutique again. Disgraceful. There were no other customers, by the way, and one can see why.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon and was helped by a super friendly and knowledgeable staff!! I told him which flavors I liked and he was able to pick a few new flavors for me to try. Way better than the crowded soho store with staff who don’t really give personalized suggestion.
