Steve and his team are so wonderful! We have used them for everything from postcards to installing window decals. They are always super quick and high quality. We would recommend them to everyone for all of your printing needs.

Five stars! New York Printing Solutions did a great job with a poster for me. They used the perfect weight stock paper. It was a custom large size that the chain stores wouldn't do online. Steve provided a reasonable quote, made the item look exactly as the file did on my screen, and it was delivered promptly to my office in midtown. New York Printing Solutions made my life a little easier today!

I had high hopes for this company and their printing but alas was VERY disappointed. I had ordered 2 copies of 3 prints, spoke it over in depth with the owner steve, was assured everything would be great. After the prints arrive and after inspection there was only ONE of each print not the 2 of each our client had ordered and was waiting for. So we called and asked for the order to be fixed and the second set reprinted as ordered, thinking they would rush the job, given that the order is now severely late and incorrect and our client is now not receiving what they need in the timeline they requested. Further after speaking with steve about the issue I was told IF we had made a bigger deal about it the WOULD HAVE rushed the second set but unfortunately since my partner is WAY TOO polite he did not rush them and now we're waiting ANOTHER 2 days for prints. Apparently next time I should be an a****** and demand that the order be done as specified, call you a dozen times a day to make sure youre on track and let you know that our project WHICH IS NOW ALMOST A WEEK PAST DUE is actually URGENT. Dont use these printers if you have a professional project, timeline, or professionalism you are looking to uphold.

The whole team was amazing. We had all sorts of conference items and posters and printing that we needed in in a rush and Steve went out of his way to make it right for us. I highly recommend them because they truly care about their customers! We are an association and very grateful as we were holding our annual conference here in New York.

I've consistently had great experiences with this printer on a multitude of marketing collateral projects. The staff is very courteous and truly cares about delivering a high quality end result. Lastly, they are centrally located in the city, so the turnaround times can often be tight while still being delivered on time.

This guy is not realiable when you need someone to deliver on time. I spoke with Steve and explicitly explained that I needed to print a photo to have framed for a funeral and the timeline was important (also not super tight...the funeral is in two weeks). This guy half listened and responds "no problem". I emailed him that afternoon to ask him about the resolution of the photo and how it looked, he tells me (on email, in writing) "it its good" and that I need to fill out the invoice (pay his bill) and he will ship. The next day I call....after he has my money he tells me the photo is NOT printed, it will take AT LEAST 4 days to complete the order before he ships, etc. And a complete wise a** about it as well. This guys customer service and overall approach was complete trash. It is not hard to do much better for this type of service.

Had a biz card vendor fall through less than a week before we needed the cards. Steve and his team not only got it done for us, they got it done for by far the best quote. We will absolutely give them first right of refusal on the next print job - it's great to have someone you can count on in a pinch.

NY Printing Solutions and Steve in particular have been so helpful to my company for the past several years. We use them for our company holiday card printing, and they are professional, helpful, and speedy! Their high-quality work is affordable and reliable. We will continue to use their services and highly recommend them!
