Very quick and affordable. Replaced a cracked screen on my Galaxy S9+ in an hour. They used original parts to match the brand and model at about half the price from other places I've checked out. Noticed the front camera was blurry after a few days and went back. Didn't need to confirm I was a previous customer and they fixed it in 30 minutes (free of charge). So nice!

I had to get my Samsung Galaxy S9 screen fixed and I didn't want to pay a lot as it was an old phone. They quoted a reasonable price and my phone was ready within an hour. When I found out the fingerprint reader wasn't working, I became worried that they would claim it was already broken when I brought it in and I would have to pay extra. The technician fixed it right away and did not charge extra. While I was waiting, the cashier at the front also searched around to give me a complementary case for my phone. This was totally unexpected. I have heard horror stories about cellphone repair stores. I was pleasantly surprised. Both the cashier and the technician were very courteous and my phone has been working well for the past month. I highly recommend this place. Note that they accept cash only. I saw a Venmo picture so they may accept that as well but it is better to check.

This place is very unprofessional. They are able to speak fluent English but choose not to. Don’t know if they are saying some sketchy things in a foreign language. Had to get my home button repaired but they couldn’t fix it at all had to go back and forth many times and had to just get a refund in the end. Heard many stories from other people who went there that their phones started deteriorating quick. Maybe they are swapping original parts with off brand ones? Does anyone have an answer for this? Overall very unprofessional and the guy with the glasses especially very obnoxious and rude and seemed irritated when I had to keep getting my phone fixed due to their subpar repair skills.

I got scammed from an employee at this store named Micheal Williams. he sold me a PlayStation 5 on the Facebook marketplace saying he works at this store and will ship it to me. Once he received my $600 payment, he then deactivated his whole Facebook and now I can’t even message him. I have all screenshots and proof of all transactions and communications with him and I will now be contacting the police. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Beyond infuriated.

Don't waste your time or money here. If you don't speak Chinese, the guy behind the counter will blow you off for someone who does even if you were first. No loaner phones while yours is getting fixed. Try to talk to him and he ignores your for others though you're being patient, kind and not finished transacting business. You've been warned.
