Omg! This is my last time i am purchasing from Nike. Horrible customer service on hold for over 50 mins then the supervisor hang up on me . My package got lost and customer service horrible. Im so disappointed that the would make sure to spread the world to my family and friend do not buy from Nike on line store

My entire life i always wore nothing but nike jordan timberlands, but the last couple years the quality of your shoes.has tremendously dropped, and that's a big problem.because I'm old now and the shoes yall put out today see nothing compared to the shoes I wore way in my younger days.step your game up nike,JUST DO IT

I am MAD!! I ordered LEBRON 20 shoes in a half size to small. Called Nike right away to exchange. (yes, they had half size larger-confirmed order).Sent smaller shoe back, same day. Was charged AGAIN, for the upper size. Nike received the smaller size. I have gave Nike few days to process. Called Nike asking why they haven’t sent the new size up shoe. They apologized. Gave me a delivery date. Awesome right? NOPE.Received a refund notice, day after receiving receipt date of shoes. WTH? Called Nike again. Was told, “out of stock”. Won’t be receiving any pair!I’m so frustrated and mad right now. I spend a LOT of money w/ Nike and this is how you treat valued customer for 5+yrs. Be weary when Nike says they can do an exchange… you might never get them! They (shoes) are NOT placed on hold for you.

HORRIBLE... YOU RELEASE SNEAKERS BUT MOST CUSTOMERS CAN NOTE EVEN BUY THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE UNAVAILABLE WITHIN A 1 SECOUND OF ADDING THEM TO YOUR CART. THEN YOU SEE THEM FOR RESALE UP TO 2,000.00. SHAME ON YOU FOR ALLOWING THIS. YOUR SYSTEM SHOULD BE BETTER THAN ALLOWING A BUNCH OF BOTS TO TAKE OVER YOUR SYSTEM.

As someone who has been a loyal customer and invested a significant amount of money in Nike products, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the negative encounter that has tarnished my perception of the brand.It all started when I reached out to one of your employees seeking assistance with a warranty exchange for some clothing items I had purchased. I was explicitly told that I could return the clothes in one box with multiple return labels attached. Trusting the information provided, I followed the instructions diligently and sent the package on May 15th.To my dismay, I later discovered that this was not the proper procedure for returns. Instead of addressing the miscommunication promptly and professionally, I was treated as if I had ill intentions and was attempting to deceive the company. This left me feeling undervalued as a customer who had invested in your products.Moreover, the manager, Grisela, displayed a lack of effective communication skills throughout the process. Despite my attempts to seek updates and clarification, I was left in the dark with no information about the status of my return. As of today, June 27th, I have received an email notifying me that the clothes are being returned to me. It is disheartening to realize that my warranty exchanges were not honored as initially promised.I want to emphasize that my intention was never to seek a refund but rather to have the faulty clothes replaced as per the warranty terms. Regrettably, this simple request has been neglected, leading to immense frustration and disappointment. The treatment I received from a manager named John was condescending and disrespectful, making me feel as though I was being spoken to like a child.As a concerned customer, I firmly believe that it is essential for the higher echelons of the company to be aware of such incidents. I am determined to bring this matter to the attention of your top-level executives and ensure that someone understands the gravity of the situation. Furthermore, as an influencer with an online presence, I feel obligated to share my unfortunate experience with Nike, allowing others to be aware of the shortcomings I have encountered.Nike has been an iconic brand that many of us have admired and supported throughout the years. However, my recent encounter has left me questioning the integrity and commitment to customer service that the brand has been known for.
