Honest pricing. Kind, lovely 40+ year owners who provided thorough care instructions and assistance. $30 cheaper than the place across the street who was price gouging; $100 less than another shop that wouldn’t even look up from their phone to see if they had any of what we were looking for. This is the only real deal plant shop left on the block. No haggling or combative sales—just a perfect store with a wonderful selection.

Highly recommend to visit this mom and pop plant store. The owners are super knowledgeable about plant world. The husband and wife duo who run this place are super friendly and willing to share and educate you on how to best taking care of plants. I have a long chat with him and I came home with lots of knowledge on how to take care of my plants at home. I believe this store is one of the pioneer that were here when they started making this neighborhood a wholesale plants and flower district. The gentleman that helps the couple run the store was very helpful as well. The Jade plant I bought from here is flourishing. I am looking forward to come back frequenting this place when I am in the area and when I am looking to expand my plants collection. Great quality and healthy plants.

The owner is a wonderful man who will educate you on how to best care for your plants and which plants to buy for your lighting. Listen to him because he knows so many tips and really wants your plant to thrive. I’ve also found he has the best prices around. It’s such fun to speak with someone who is so passionate about plant care.

They care deeply about what they do, give great advice and are pretty funny. Their plants are healthy and do well when taken care of (good light, drainage).

Nobel is the best plant shop on 28th street! The couple who owns the store are super nice people and they take really good care of the plants. They also sell at very affordable prices!! highly recommend

I got a ginseng for $25. Prices are reasonable and the owner was very helpful and friendly. And the selection is incredible. I was looking for something special and I found it here sitting on the windowsill. One of my favorite plant acquisitions (and plant shopping memories!) to date.

I want so badly to love this place. The owner is so helpful and gives great care advice for each plant that you purchase. However, both plants that I purchased here had pests. After bringing them home, I discovered that the opuntia cactus had scale, and the dracaena had mealybugs. It's my fault for not inspecting the plants more closely before I brought them home, but it's something shoppers should be aware of. Luckily I still had both plants in quarantine when I discovered the pests, so the bugs didn't have a chance to spread to my other plants. But now I have to go through a pest control regimen to try and save these two, because they both are truly beautiful plants :(

I woke up on a Saturday morning and spontaneously decided I wanted to be a plant owner, so I naturally visited the floral district on West 28th Street. If you find yourself in the same position as me, I highly recommend Noble Plants on West 28th Street. My partner and I spent close to an hour roaming the shop's wide array of options from 1 inch succulents to massive tropical plants. I ended up purchasing 3 plants and I am already eager to buy more! The owner, George, is extremely helpful and makes sure that you leave knowing exactly how to keep your new plant babies alive. He is very passionate about giving plants a proper home where they can thrive and grow. I will DEFINITELY be back to buy more plants and to update George on my existing plants!

On a street full of plant shops, this is the place to go. The owner is the wisest person and he’s so funny, plus they have a great selection. 10/10 experience, I will be back.

this was an awesome store! it’s owned by a couple (the wife was sitting outside and the husband was in the store). i walked around for a bit and the owner offered help and his advice periodically. He gave me some awesome tips to take along with me including how to properly water plants and when to know when to stop watering. You should definitely stop by if you’re in the area !
