I’m sure the service is great in person but do not purchase online. I got an order confirmation so I thought everything was settled, but I waited 2 weeks with radio silence and then I got my order cancelled with no explanation. Waste of my time.

Really good buying experience at the warehouse. The ability to try chairs in person from a variety of manufacturers is wonderful. David was super knowledgeable about all of the chairs and assisted with the carryout and loading into my car. The price seems pretty well unbeatable. The chair is in excellent shape. Highly recommend.

I ordered a chair and there were some damages upon arrival. I contacted David who worked with me to make things right. I had to deconstruct some of it and rebuild it, but was provided plenty of videos and information to get it done. Incredible customer support throughout the whole process.

I was set on buying a Haworth Fern before I visited OHR Home solutions where I was allowed to try every chair available in their inventory.David explained every chair and their features to me while I got to experience the feel of the chair in each setting which was very helpful in allowing me to really choose the chair that was best for me. Very good customer service and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new chair to visit and seek help if you are unsure which chair to purchase.

David is absolutely phenomenal to work with! He explained every detail of the chair to me and also recommended based on my body shape and choices. I got the AMIA first, which is a great chair in itself but ended up swapping for FERN due to AMIA not having multiple recline positions. I highly recommend OHR, they are very accommodative of your needs and really knowledgeable about the industry as well!

OHR is where I'll be shopping for all my desk and office needs from now on. The owner David took the time out of his day to go over 3 chairs I was super interested in, two by steelcase (leap V2 & the Gesture) and one by Hayworth (fern). He was super patient with meAnd really when into depth about the chairs. He asked me pointed questions to get a better feel for my sitting style and then explained why certain chairs my fit better or have a better feel. He did all this with out pushing me toward one or the other and really aided in my choice. Every bit of the service from when you walk in to the warranties given make ANYONE feel like there being valued. I cannot stress this enough PLEASE go down and take a look if your close by you will not regret it!!

I ordered a steelcase Leap V2 from this business and overall the experience was great! The chair is very solid and offers very good support compared to my old chair. I had started experiencing lower back pain and wanted to invest in a quality chair and this chair has significantly reduced my discomfort! The customer service was great and both David and Hamza kept me updated on delivery dates/times etc. Hamza personally delivered it to my home in PA on a Sunday driving all the way from NY! I will definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for quality office furniture at an affordable price!

Comfortable and a great purchase. I love my Steelcase.The overall buying experience was great. I called and no one tried to upsell me anything. The gentleman I spoke to was very honest and professional. Communication was great from beginning to end.
