Old NavyLocation: Boe.Tie Building, 1516 Broadway, New York, NY 10036This is a large store located in Times Square.Old Navy is a clothing retailer owned by Gap Inc. There is a Gap store right next door, but this store is also huge.If you want to buy standard items such as T-shirts and cheap denim at low prices, we definitely recommend Old Navy. It seems that they have withdrawn from Japan, but they are quite similar to H&M, including the price.I'm an Old Navy fan. A white casual shirt or slim fit denim is good.

The staff was Amazing. Denise help me today. I was going to order some items online because I could not find my size but she took the extra mile to look for each of the items and she was able to get me the size I was looking for. Great customer service.

Had a nice time shopping at Old Navy in Times Square. Found a nice blanket coat and a lavender sparkling sweater. And I didn't break my budget.

What was initially a 4-star review because of how relatively clean and well-stocked this store is crashed at the end because of the customer service I received at checkout: While the cashier was scanning my items, she asked me if I would be interested in signing up for the loyalty program. I told her no, because I don't shop at Old Navy enough, and she responded that I could get 50% off my purchase, plus an extra 30% off my first purchase. Back in college, I used to work at Gap (the same company that owns ON), so I asked if I had to open a credit card (because the discount seemed very much like a credit card signup deal I remember from working at Gap). She says no, that it's just for their loyalty program. So I agree to sign up, expecting to give her my phone or email, but she instead asks for my social security number. I told her I'm not comfortable with that, and she hands me a brochure for a CREDIT CARD sign up saying that I can earn these benefits. I tell her, no, I'm not interested applying for a credit card or any loyalty program, and she spends the next 30 seconds trying to convince me to sign up. After repeatedly telling her no, she tells me the total I owe, and then very passive-aggressively says, "You could have saved more." To the management at Old Navy: you're a business and trying to ramp up business and credit card sign-ups for the holidays, I get it. But my checkout experience was so pushy and forcing a credit card offer down my throat that I'm likely never to come back to your store again. Help your employees find a better balance between extending an offer while respecting customers' privacy.

According to themselves, management forgot to remove a sign during their collateral change out. Due to frustrations with their own mistake, the girl at register refused to honor the price that was displayed on their sales floor. Aside from being rude and unprofessional, this is literally against consumer laws.

I went to this location this afternoon, and the most helpful young man was there, HUGO.Mr. Hugo, definitely should win employee of the month. If it was up to me, I’d give him a raise as well.He definitely gave above and beyond customer service to me, I am beyond grateful for it. It’s been a very long time since someone went out of their way to help me in depth, especially whilst out shopping lolYou can tell he’s a great person, on top of being a great employee. I pray he’s always acknowledged for both by others.P.s. The jeans you helped me with fit perfectly. Thanks again ! ?

Excellent customer service by girl with glasses. I think her name was Lorein. She helped me choose the cap that fits me best with enthusiasm.

This Old Navy has a very limited selection of athletic wear and leggings so I wouldn't recommend it if that's what you are shopping for. I was returning some items purchased with points online and the employees were pretty unhelpful, which was frustrating. Note that their clearance selection is on the third floor with the children's clothes so be sure to stop there if looking for discounted items.

Rude staff at the register because may be its his/ her (whichever their preferred pronoun is ) break was about to start, long lines. They were unwilling to help find the item to return, sleeves such a mess and when I have up to return with receipt, they said I have to call Old Navy bc it's an online purchase in spite of the email saying it can be done in the stores. They just didn't want to assist. There is a lot of sale going on, so many offers, a kind lady gave me her coupon as it was expiring so i got discount ,I asked at the register about rewards points to be added to my account but them were toooo lazy and giving back attitude like what rewards points, what are you talking about.. as if i spoke German to them!I have always had them added at chicago store and they have asked themselves for that always and given me discounts too as per the total points,, i dont know why the register person at this branch was so rude about it?
