The nice gentleman showed me where the window screens were and gave me the best advice depending on how much air flow I would want in the room of my choice. Would definitely come back for my supplies if needed.

Awesome store! I came down here from where I live at 190th St and was not disappointed to have made the trek. The guy at the front copied both of my keys for me. One was a deadbolt lock key, which was trickier to make (I had it copied at another spot for $20 and it did not work). The guys tried the first time, knew it wouldn't work, and immediately remade it for me. I got home, and they both worked PERFECTLY. I'll definitely come back to this store in the future whenever I need keys made or other hardware items. Although I didn't get anything else, they have a great selection, and the store is extremely clean and items reasonably priced.

Amazing customer service!!! I ordered a window AC bracket online and didn’t select the local delivery option, but they noticed I lived nearby and reached out and offered to do that for me! The delivery was very fast and the delivery man wore a mask. Even included a shipping refund, which I wasn’t even thinking about. Highly recommend!!
