Horrible company, manager Melody always angry at customers. Never have product, would give zero stars if I could. Do not work here

Jess was super helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I was able to take advantage of the promotion even though I realized it after I had already been rung up. Truly great service!

I was pleasantly surprised by this store due to its huge variety of items: cards, stamp makers, paper (of course), board games, and more. Would definitely visit again!

The only card shop that's still around to have the cutest holiday cards and gifts. You can find the best gift for the appropriate occasion. A little pricy but worth the expression of the person your giving the gift to

Arrived at 8:06. Wouldn't let me in store. Store posting closes at 8:30. Store attendant guarding door. Rude. On Mother's Day. :/

This Paper Source has it all - cards, gift wrapping, stationery, stickers, decorations, and much more, at a lower price than Papyrus. I appreciated that they had a Lunar New Year corner and LGBTQ friendly wedding cards, though I hope that in the future they'll have more than 1-2 cards! Their attentive employees are eager to help, and I like that they have post-Christmas/Hanukkah discounts (50-75% off). However, when checking out discounted items, triple check that they apply the discounts from the displays, as the bar codes often did not reflect the display discounts. I had to go back and get a refund due to the mismatch in the barcode system. Note: They don't have a loyalty program yet but will soon, likely using the system from Barnes & Noble, who just bought them.

Strongly agree with other reviewers, the customer service is terrible. The blahness, like they’re just waiting to clock out.But also weird, can’t say excuse me one trying to access something you’re standing near.I also can’t stand that the company has different discounts online and in store.I’ll stick to online shopping so your staff can’t snooze.

I usually shop Paper Source products online, but I decided to visit in-person this weekend while in Greenwich Village. This location is so adorable and has a wide selection of cards, stationary products, and cute gifts! The staff were really sweet, they made sure I found everything I needed during my visit. I had a great experience and will definitely return!

I came here 1 hour before closing, and the employees were so accommodating. A special shout-out to Julia D. who worked the closing shift and was able to squeeze me in for a last minute gift wrapping service. She was extremely patient and helpful.

Paper Source products are always beautiful and excellent quality which sadly cannot be applied to some of their store customer service. I usually shop online but this was a last minute purchase so I decided to pickup up a birthday card at the store. I ordered a card the night before but the original store called me and said that they don't have it in stock and referred me to 75th & 5th Ave location where they have it. I went there at 10am and started asking the staff about the card I'm looking for and the male employee took me to the birthday card section. Couldn't find it on the shelf so I went back to the checkout desk and started asking again mentioning that the other store told me the card was in stock at 75th & 5th. Gentleman's response was "well just because other store's computer screen shows the number doesn't mean we have it in stock". Wooow... I understand a lot of people pass by and things get sold out fast (as a female employee kindly explained to me) and the system update might be behind but cutting customers like that without offering a solution is extremely rude and unprofessional. If youre not feeling like helping at the very least try to phrase it in a nicer way maybe? Luckily for me, the same female employee offered to look for the card in the box and found it, which I'm greatly thankful for.

Always a great place for really unique, fun cards and cute gifts. They also have TONS of stationary!
