The staff is great, facilities are well taken care of and so are apartments. Laundry, gym, package room are all available. Doormen are very friendly and so are other staff. I'm very happy living here for many years already.

Live here for close a year now. Smart decision to move here: great location (subway, food, Park) and decent price, friendly doorman, non-luxury but enough service.
