I did not have such a great experience as everyone who gave it 4 and 5 stars.The woman at the desk Patti is absolutely horrendous, I was at my appointment 15 minutes before she checked me in an hour later I was still sitting there she told me to go into the dressing room she apologized she doesn't know what happened ,she did forget to check me in, an hour later I was in the dressing room and they called everyone else before me. Are you kidding me. I got dressed went back to the desk were Patty was, oh she said your finished, I said yes I was never called, I left after she apologized, One day later I called and asked Patty for my referral back please mail it back to me, ok sure no problem she said and again she apologized. One week later no mail.I called Patty again Her excuse this time was they are not allowed to mail it out. I know for a fact that she could mail it out so she said she was going to speak to her supervisor again 2 days later I called and she said she put it inin the mail. Another week went by no man I called Patty again oh you did not receive it I put it in last week's mail well , PS Iwound up getting it 4 weeks later how disgraceful she needs to find a new job that she is capable of doing very very bad service.

This is absolutely the worst place. I went to get an ultrasound completed and then found out it was done incorrectly and that I would have to return to get it redone. After consulting with my doctor, he recommended that I did not need to redo the ultrasound since my symptoms were no longer visible. After receiving a bill for the service that was completed incorrectly, I called 5 times to dispute and was told that a supervisor would call me within 24-48 hours. I had yet to hear back and have once again just called to dispute the charge. Apparently there's no record that the ultrasound was completely incorrectly even though on their findings report it's asking the patient to come back for repeat imaging. REPEAT imaging. It's completely absurd to be charged something that was 1) completely incorrectly 2) I never went back to redo in the first place. This place makes it impossible for anyone to dispute a charge and simply wants to make money off people. Stay away from this place!

When I got there it wasn't crowded which was great. The receptionist took my temperature and I was called right after that. I was in and out which was a plus for me since I'm impatient. Great experience!

The staff is absolutely inconsiderate. If I am wearing a mask and they took my temperature, I should be allowed to be in the room with my partner. There is no state or federal mandate stating I can’t.Never coming back here again; this is not how you treat people!

The employee who checked me in was very helpful. My exams went quickly with very little wait between exams. My only issue so far is with their radnet website which did not update my online account with the appointment I had to make by phone because of an insurance change. I never received any appointment reminders so I had to call to reconfirm myself. Hopefully my exam results will get to my doctor this time.

I went here for some tests in January 2021 and they are doing a great job following safety protocols for COVID-19. I didn’t have to wait very long for my appointment and the staff was very courteous. I totally recommend them.

PARK WEST RADIOLOGY IS A CONVENIENT AND FRIEDLY ENVIRONMENT. THE CLEANNESS AND THE PRECAUTION THEY ARE TAKING DURING THE COVID-19 IS VERY SATTISIFYING TO ME THE SEVERAL VISITS I HAVE DONE.

While the front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming for the most part, the greeting of the Techs is what should really matter. Patients are coming in there nervous and anxious, but are greeted and treated by the Techs as if we're making their day bothersome. They show disgust, or what appears to be not really caring for the patient's situation, or their job. That makes for an even more uncomfortable visit. I think it's unprofessional of the Doc reviewing the results not to address the patient, but to simply communicate through the Tech. We're not dollar signs, we're patients who may or may not be faced with a life altering situation after that one visit.

9/9/20 - The front desk staff were attentive and professional. However, my experience with the technician (last name Reegan ?) left much to be desired. This was my first exam of its kind, so it was a bit of an awkward experience for me. From start- to- finish, she communicated with me in a tone that was indignant and condescending. She made absolutely no eye contact, even while barking her orders. Her next patient (who was of a lighter skin tone) received A-1 customer service.
