You are lucky if your order is handled by Michelle, the manager. Beware of another nasty manager, condescending and disrespectful. But wait, to top it all...expect to be hung up on and don't bother trying to call back...with the caller ID...she won't pick up your call. Miss...you are in the wrong business. Ironic that you take the life out of the party at Party City.

Great place to find whatever you need for the different types of parties or Halloween . Halloween costumes were on pricey side but I managed to get this mask that was more responsible . My sons outfit was $40 but he can definitely wear it again next year ( if he still into the character ).

I was told my online order is cancelled despite me having emails stating to pick it up. I asked to speak with a manager and I am so glad I did. Paul, the manager came on the phone, calmed me down and assured me he will fix this. Babbyyyyy Paul needs a raise, he found my order and held it. I am on my way to pick it up

Poor customer service. Staffs are very rude and unkind. It was very unpleasant experience for me. Also, a big number ballon exploded by being ripped itself in an hour after picking up! I don’t wanna go back, again.

No rating This party city is bias, as an African American citizen of the United States, I went to purchase a costume. All of the items were not in the bag. However what disturbed me the most, is the customer service. Smh don't ever buy here. I will be contacting the supervisor and director of this party city.

lazy workers. inconsistent and inconsiderate to customers. you call, they put you on hold and like to “forget” you’re on the line, then they disconnect you. and when you call again, they have a nasty attitude. unnecessary.

Worst customer service I’ve received today when I went to buy a balloon for a 70 years old personNo one will help me, very rude they send me to the back of the store to look for itDid not find what I was looking for,Returned to the counter, because I saw it on display when I first got there I askedAny way the rep a heavy black person rude instead of give me the change on my hands through it not even looking at my face. The service not acceptable also the Spanish lady that works with her very cold with the customers.

The staff here were incredible kind and helpful today. I was picking up balloons for a birthday party, and they kept popping immediately after leaving the store because of the heat. The staff was kind enough to replace them for me twice before I was finally able to make it home without them popping!

Great selection with reasonable pricing. And, staff knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. Lucky to have them in the neighborhood! My go-to place for party and house supplies.

Helpful staff. Found what I was looking forUpdate. I was double charged here. My cc said it was declined at the register. I used another form of payment and left the store. I thought maybe my cc company thought fraud so I called them the next day. The company said the charge went through. I called statue they said i had to come in. They did nothing to help me. I proved to them I was double charged They said call Party City corporate and they would refund me. Nope didn’t happen. So now I have to get the money back from my cc company. The management at PC didn’t even apologize. This is why stores lose customers. I know mistakes happen but when a business takes zero accountability and puts the customer to manage their stores mistake. That’s when you lose faith and shop online I’m still out 138.00

I’m sure this has been said before, but the customer service is abysmal here. Called in to ask if they had an item in stock and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back to ask about the item again and whoever answered the phone hung up on me twice.I’ve also ordered from this location before, was guaranteed a time slot, but my order “got lost”.Avoid this location.

The worst experience ever and I am used to working with professionals. I had arranged for my 40th birthday to be with my family and my mother who recently moved to assisted care living at Mary Manning Walsh on the Upper East Side. I wanted to celebrate this event with the wonderful staff including the aides, nurses and all the many people that work tirelessly to help our senior community as we have been through countless challenging circumstances within the past few years yet it was such a disservice and a complete disappointment to have had this experience after so many countless conversations and without any effort or even the slightest attempt to help make this occasion special. This location should be shut down immediately and as the employees made no effort whatsoever to even try to assist is beyond explanation and that is something that they can obviously live with but I certainly would never hope for that to ever happen if it were for their own families.
