Product; good. Customer service or "concierge" is absolutely useless. You'd think if you're selling $100+ polos made for I'm sure pennies, you could at minimum manage your services better. Nope. Just another cheap company name backed by a computer automated customer service machine you can't reach. High end my ass.

These slacks fit me better than any other brand I've ever tried. They cost a bit more, but then more than worth it. You know when you buy something you really like you wearing all the time. Other things just sit in your closet, forever, and ever complete waste of money, even if they were on sale.

I had an online order that I wanted to exchange for a different color that was in stock at the New York midtown store. The Peter Millar website says this is absolutely fine to do. However the store representative felt otherwise. He stated that I did not have an account with this particular location and therefore did not qualify for this. I wasn't even seeking a refund, which petermillar.com also says is fine to do. I even pulled up the website FAQ where it says this is allowed. The only option I was given was to buy the new pullover in-store and return the existing one back online. At this point, the sales person just ignored me the rest of the time in the store.So I left and returned the pullover online without another purchase. Service should be a top priority, but it isn't the case at the New York location.

The staff in the NYC store was very rude and unfriendly. I have spent a lot of $$ on the Peter Millar website and I am saddened by such as appalling in-store experience. I cannot exaggerate how ill-mannered and impolite the employees were.

Have been there two times now on separate occasions and store employees and manager are all completely indifferent to and dismissive of my requests. Begrudging greetings. No sense of "how can I help you (spend $200 on an overpriced sweater)?" Like many Peter Millar customers, I'm an avid golfer and care about good gear. But for whatever reason they just don't have any sense of customer service in what is a presumably flag ship store for them. Another penalty: I'm on their mailing list and periodically get their super thick mailers (think Restoration Hardware size -- featuring their new clothing collections). Despite Asians constituting a healthy percentage of their clientele (as golfers), I've never once seen a single Asian face in any of their catalogs. Do yourself a favor and go to the Reiss store across the street on Madison for better service and better clothing.

I ordered a 1/4 zip pullover for my husband as a gift. The product looks great - but 10 days after placing the order there is no way to track the status. Customer service response is a robo response that leads you to a 'track order status' link that goes no where. The shirt itself gets 5 star reviews- but since there is no way I've found to provide a review I suspect the reviews are manufactured by Peter Millar.

Hey there, Peter Millar. My husband--a bank/tech executive who wears Peter Millar almost entirely--stopped by your store on October 8 ahead of his run in Central Park. No one waited on him or even greeted him. Others in the store were getting great service, but after waiting for 1/2 hour and looking at everything in the store, he left empty-handed. Pretty Woman has the best quote--"You work on commission right? Big mistake. BIG. HUGE." Luckily we found other place to take our money. But y'all were disappointing. Bummer.
