Went in to buy a leather key ring as a gift for Valentine’s Day at around 3pm on Feb 13. I asked the first sales associate I saw and he brushed me off, saying the store doesn’t sell them. I told him that I saw them online and inquired about whether he could check to see if they had it uptown or at RRL. He looked me up and down and said “I don’t know bro, judging by your look you should go down the street and try Lululemon”. I’m a very loyal RL customer and was genuinely so confused about the lack of customer service.

Staff was terrible. I just finished Pilates class and I guess I didn’t “have the right look.” I walked in and no one acknowledged me or asked to assist me but they continue to greet other shoppers. I asked a lady about half zip sweater and she had an attitude. She said it’s all sold out and looked at me up and down. So I continued to look around and found a cute sweater for my bf but I was debating because what I originally wanted was not available. When I lifted up the sweater I discovered I accidentally messed up the one underneath it. Another male SA said very loudly “what’s she doing!” Which later upon questioning he explained he was asking if I need help? No that’s not what you said sir. After I expressed interest in taking the sweater, I can see change in his expression he immediately changed attitude. Overall this store is terrible and I don’t know who and what kind of people you are hiring but they should all at least be professional at their job. I’ve been shopping at Ralph Lauren for many many years and never have I been made feel so small by SA who can’t do their job.

I went into the RL store in Soho looking for pieces to add to my existing closet. What a great experience I had. The tear there EXPECIALLY "Carlos P. & Katia M" so knowledgeable on all the pieces RL carriers. They were so warm and inviting and fashion consulting beyond my expectations. Thank you so much I can't wait to come back for more help with my wardrobe pieces. Thank you

I called today and spoke to Kat and she gave the one of the best customers service ever. I called about an issue I had online....she was attentive, knowledgeable and rectified the situation for me. It's because of the great customer service I received from Kat, I will be returning back to make more purchases in the future. Thanks Kat for making my shopping experience, a pleasurable one!

Isaac Maldonado helped me with an online order. I can’t believe how good he was. He answered all my questions with great professionalism and patience on an item for 5 days. Back and forth. I have been treated differently by a male sales assistant. Asked him about a sweater, and he said they were out in my size. But later another salesperson actually checked the storage and found it for me. Then I asked about do they have a piece of clothes I saw online, and the first guy was like, "No" ?♂️ Saw him being super helpful to others though. Don't feel like he's happy with his job.

Black Friday afternoon experience - we were on the line, but one of staffs (not cashier) came to us to move to the other line. When it became our turn, the cashier man was saying we shouldn't skip the line in this way and go back to the line. We explained that there was a staff asking us to line up here, but they didn't listen to us and kept saying we are cutting the line. We hope that staff was there to speak for us, but he immediately disappeared after asking us to line up on a different line. Their staffs were miscommunicated, but it became customer's fault. I don't know why the cashier was so confident about us cutting the line. I felt discriminated in that way. We had good service before, but today was super terrible.

Workers are not friendly they need customer service training especially when answering the phone. The female I spoke to had an attitude. I went to the store to pick up items and workers just looked at me in my face and didn't ask me if I needed help they asked everyone else except me. I had to say "HELLO I NEED SOME HELP HERE" SMH I will never come back to this store I prefer to shop online and they also didn't greet me like they did with the other customers when they entered the store
