I don't like this bank first they always have new people. They make you feel very uncomfortable, they want to make you think you have Alzheimer. They act like the money you have there is their money. When you going to remove money they ask you lots of Question. I don't recommend this bank to anybody

Could not get quarters to do my laundry because I am not one of their customers we have been in the middle of a global pandemic for a year and not one bank anywhere‘s has said this to me I will never set foot in their bank again

Ponce bank has at this point stolen our money and continues to make false promises as to why they have not paid out a closed account that was solely OUR funds. Account was closed nearly TWO MONTHS ago and we have been given the run around and no answer or resolution. This is fraudulent banking activity and legal action can be taken. Covid is not an excuse!
