Not the best location among all the Prets in Manhattan. If anything one of the worse... they close earlier than they advertise... servers are indifferent... The only reason for the two stars is that you'll always find somewhere to seat down, the Bathroom is clean and everything is stocked and tastes the same. I use their membership so I stop by when I am around. Otherwise I'd avoid it.

The employees are amazing and the place is always neat and clean . Nice place to have a coffee and relax .

From what I read, there are many who love the window seats but not the food. Everyone needs to know that the food is delivered from the headquarters. Here you just warm up the products. Unfortunately the food doesn't taste good. No fresh salad. The baked goods are only 50% full. Also very expensive. I think it's good that there is an extra cash register for customers who just want to take food away. But then it also has to be an employee who can handle money. This takes too long. And I don't like the coffee. It's not hot, sits around for a long time and isn't fresh! Unfortunately the visit was not a joy.

I stopped at Pret a Manger. Without even knowing before I tapped and go for a caned Diet Coke cost $3.32 for a CANED DIET COKE WTF! I'm actually going to go back there say that the price is outrageous. When did caned sodas become $3.32? Seriously wtf.

I live in the city and used most of their locations and it seems like employees are not well mannered. Not all of them but vast majority of them.

This chain serves up good healthy lunches, salads and sandwiches. There are places to sit here, but most customers take their food with them.

Some of the nastiest food service workers I have ever encountered work here. There are plenty of other options in the neighborhood where you aren't subjected to bad attitudes, flip answers or being ignored, when trying to grab lunch. And with their new price increases, there's absolutely no reason to patronize this place. The corporate parent should shut them down, this store is ruining the brand's reputation.

Friendly staff but they need a better system during the morning peak hour, I frequently order ahead using the app and pickup on the way to work. There is a disconnect between the baristas making the coffee and the orders that are coming in, as a result they are constantly constantly asking customers what they have ordered, I sometimes get asked 3 or 4 times what my order was, all while the orders are popping on the screen and printed on stickers?! Why can’t they just stick the stickers on the cups like Starbucks so the baristas know what needs to be made, instead of having someone pairing drinks that are already made with stickers? Poor baristas forget orders that are verbally instructed to them, they are stressed out and the screen doesn’t help because it doesn’t show which order is in the works by whom and which order needs to be checked off. And please sort the stickers in the order of time ordered and not sticking them randomly on the counter, people who ordered 30 minutes ago are waiting while people who just ordered get theirs first!!

Literally the jankiest service I have experienced, even post pandemic. The woman at the counter took my order (for a coffee with half and half) and then, though no one was in line behind me, just stood there while the guy behind her made a bunch of drinks for other waiting customers. Instead of talking the 30 seconds to turn around, pour the cream in the cup, pull the spigot on the coffee, and hand it to me, she just stood there and stared for 3 minutes until another customer came over, at which point she shooed me to the side. After she was done helping that customer, she just *continued* to stand there. Finally, I asked the guy at the coffee machines for my coffee, said thank you to him, rolled my eyes at the woman, and left. As I was leaving, she yelled, "Why'd she roll her eyes at ME?" Unbelievable. Anyway, not going back -- too slow and too annoying.
