Easy check in process. Waited 5 minutes for a walk in appointment. Nurse told me price it would cost before I got my blood draw. Her draw didn’t hurt at all! Highly recommend.

My most recent visit was great. Was a bit hesitated to book an appointment at this location due to previous negative reviews.I arrived early and checked in to the machine but somehow the system had small error? The nurse noticed me since I had been waiting for a while. The issue was resolved, she was great but it would be perfect if she could double confirm my name and the reason I was there when seeing me.

Easiest sign in (every medical office should have this smart sign in kiosk). Jamy took me 15 min early and I was out 10 min before my appointment was even scheduled for. She was so nice, professional, and quick. Made the whole process painless. Thank you Jamy!

Just returned from my visit to this Quest location for my pre employment urine drug screen. I made the appointment online yesterday and confirmed this morning that I did not need to print out what my employer sent me. My appt was for 910, I show up at 9 and do the self check in which was super easy - scan QR code from appt email and scan drivers license. I was called in like a minute before 910 and was out by 915. My interaction with the one staff member was that she was professional and efficient.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. I got checked in within a minute of arriving, and the provider was extremely nice, informative and fast. 5/5!!

They don’t accept walk-ins. It could be zero patients waiting and zero patients in the back and they’ll send you away. They’ll mostly be hiding in the back listening to music and disregarding patients all together.It really causes the nearest location to be over crowded and over worked.

Like most of healthcare in America, this place is technologically backwards, inefficient, slow, and an impediment to the improvement of the health of Americans at large. I signed in, got my blood drawn, and still don’t see the results online. Of course, when I call them, they simply do not pick up or it goes to some Byzantine automated call. So now I have to physically go back to this location and ask for my test results, wasting time and money. Thank you quest, for being such an incompetent organization, I hope you’re at least making a lot of money off the misery of those you treat.

Had an appointment for 1:15pm today and the office was locked when I showed up at 1:13pm. Lights on, signs on the door said they would be open, but no one was there. Also there is no direct number to call to get an actual live person at that office to speak to; the automated system and national service center that does answer was of no help. I don’t know if the staff just decided to leave the office or never show up, but it is very inconvenient to have patients make appts while not intending to honor them.

I got in within a minute of walking in the door (with an appointment), even with arriving a few minutes early. Pauline helped me and took my blood, and she made it completely painless, and she was very very nice and somehow made it a relaxed experience.

Had an 8 am appointment and the staff thinks its ok to mosey on in and unlock at 8:10 am…sorry but there needs to be more responsibility in a job setting. Would not come back.

This location is fairly new and very clean. However (as noted in previous reviews), it FREQUENTLY DOESN'T OPEN ON SCHEDULE resulting in a long wait past your appointment time. I had an 8:15 am appointment this morning and when I arrived at 8:10 there was already a line waiting on the sidewalk to get in. At 8:40 am, this location still hadn't opened and I left. Quest needs to assign more than one phlebotomist to this location in the morning. Quest customer service is also awful. I waited to speak to a customer service rep who then transferred me to a another number that via automated message, instructed me to call another number w/o an option to speak to a rep.

Came at appointed time for drug test at 1:45Still waiting for more than 30 minutes. Later lady told me I'm late. Well, yes if no one was able to do my test. Worst clinic ever
