Doctor Johnson is one of the most caring Doctor professionals that have treated me so far. He is very sweet knowledgeable and generous. DON’T GO HERE. They did a procedure for me in 2019, and messed up the insurance claim. They sent me a bill 2.5 years later. They refused to offer any sort of reduction even though they messed up. I have visited other doctors during the pandemic that have billed me promptly, so there should be no reason to receive a surprise bill 2.5 years later! The patient portal is not user friendly, and they do not have their patients in mind when conducting themselves. Look elsewhere.

Urban Medical is the best. Dr. Tun-Chiong and Lena Tung always provide me with excellent care. All procedures are explained and all questions are answered. If I call or contact the office via their patient portal I always hear back. They always follow up with me. I really like this practice.

The woman works in the billing office is soooooo rude. I called to ask a simple question about my bill and she was very impatient, not willing to provide any information, passed all the responsibilities to my insurance, and yelled at me.

Unprofessional and rude. They charged me for a lot of services not covered by my insurance and not even informed me about it before the exam. When I called to ask about the bill, the woman in the billing office was impatient and said "I don't care!!" I've seen some dentists and doctors in nyc and this is the worst I've seen. If you don't want to pay them to humiliate you, don't go.

Amazing practice. This is the first time I have had a Dr that is this thorough, kind, communicative and seems to genuinely care. Dr. Tun Chiong was recommended by a good friend and I feel truly blessed to have found such an awesome PCP. Dr. Johnson is also lovely. Great doctors in this practice!

This practice use to be amazing before it got popular, now getting an appointment here is literally now mission impossible unless you want to see Lena. She's okay not the greatest. It's unfortunate that i had to switch PCP because booking Yolanda herself is such a long wait. But don't get me wrong Yolanda is great !

I have been a patient with Dr. Yulanda Tun's father for 18 years and when it was time to get another doctor I knew who to go to. The place is clean, the service is great, and quiet. I would not go anywhere else for health care.

I was tempted to claim the place isn't so aswesome so it is less crowded, lol.
