The phlebotomists are always great but this is truly one of the worst medical offices a sick person can experience. The TV is atrociously, punitively loud and the office staff say they're not allowed to lower it -- company policy. I don't need to be loudly advertised at for the very establishment I'm patronizing. This location is very convenient and helpful but not a nice place to be; the hand sanitizer in this building is also usually empty all over, only the phlebotomists wear masks, and the waiting room is pretty dingy -- even when I come first thing in the morning some of the chairs are really dirty. I realize this might sound pedantic and overly critical but I spend a lot of time in medical waiting rooms and they're usually places meant to evoke peace and safety -- not so at Quest, no matter the location.

Extra star because the incompetence made me laugh. I walked up the street with a smile on my face and got the donuts.

I would like to put a zero star if I can. I just came to drop my specimen for test not to take a test and they asked me to wait in a line for hours with the guys who take test. I don’t understand!

I normally dread getting having blood drawn because I have a minor phobia for needles, but I had my blood drawn by Brenda and it was such an easy and painless experience. She was attentive and compassionate. I felt no pain when she stuck the needle in and when she took it out. Not only is Brenda a great phlebotomist, she’s also a great conversationalist.

I made an appointment on a Friday and didn’t have to wait at all. I needed to get around 15 vials of blood taken which was a scary amount and because I came alone I was very nervous. The staff was so sweet and had me lie down and made me feel so much more comfortable. They even let me hang out after to make sure I felt comfortable to go home and gave me water. I didn’t catch the man’s name but he was very nice

DO NOT GO!!!! Worst Quest lab I have ever been to. Unfriendly, incompetent front desk staff there will just waste your time and cause so much trouble for you because they don’t understand how to use their own system.

I had had bad experiences in the past with getting my blood drawn but sandy (I believe this was her name) was amazing! She was calming and very quick and pain free!

Requires an appointment even if you’re only dropping off a sample. Doctors may not tell you this. Will waste hours of your time.

I wasn't sure what to expect based on the reviews. But my check in was fast and I was called into a room exactly 2 mins after my appointment time so quite timely. My phlebotomist was Suzette and she was super sweet and efficient and chatted with me so I wasn't nervous, and I was in and out in 10 mins. My experience was super positive!!!

If anyone is coming here to complain about having to wait: I’m the problem child that is causing delays. I’m a faint risk AND a “hard stick” so it takes time to draw my blood while I’m trying to keep it together. The two women who worked with me were patient, kind, and talented at their jobs. I appreciate the time they gave me despite it being a busy Saturday morning. I didn’t catch your names, but thank you whoever worked the morning of June 10th! <3

Don’t take appointments because they won’t respect it. Even with appointments you have to wait. Very slow service and unprofessional staff. I could hear the staff on phone as they made me wait.

The woman who worked with me this morning was fantastic, super fast and efficient, and incredibly good with the blood-draw, I'm usually pretty bad with it, but I didn't feel a thing, thanks Qwest!

I rarely leave reviews, but I’m truly disheartened after my visit. I scheduled a biometric screening through my employer. When I arrived, check in was very smooth. Suzette began my screening. She took me into a room and weighed me. After, she asked me what my height was; I politely explained that it had been a while since I was measured but that I was pretty sure I’m 5’7” - again, measuring height is a part of this. She said “don’t you have a license? Check your license.” Like… ok… she never measured me. The worst part was the blood test. She literally, and very painfully, jabbed me three times before she got blood. As she was jamming it in my arm and wiggling, she kept scoffing at me and shaking her head saying “you clearly didn’t drink water. You’re dehydrated.” I explained that I drank *at least* 80oz of water this morning and 40oz last night. It was so painful and I was beginning to feel light headed, so I asked if I should come back. She shook her head and said we’ll just have to work with what we have but chances are it won’t work. Like what does that even mean? I’m not typically a sensitive person but after the several painful jabs and her mean behavior I left in tears. Please just save yourself and go to a different location. This was awful.

Suzette was amazing! She helped me get more comfortable (I prefer to recline/lie down, and she opened a window so I wouldn't feel hot and clammy) and, even though it took a few sticks to get me, there was no pain! It usually takes a few tries but there's also usually more pain, so this was a pleasant change. Check in was quick since I made an appt online.

The office staff was very rude and not accommodating nor professional. The 2 ladies who worked there this morning, 12/7/22 used a derogatory word when talking with each other in front of me.
