Consider dying before stepping foot in this location, everyone is uneducated on their own company literally came 8 times to be turned away because of their lack of understanding their OWN company.

First, this pertains to the person who I’m writing this review about, please give them all their flowers!! I waited to write this review because I had her name written down on a piece of paper, and I cannot find it. Her name starts with an S! She has short hair is the loveliest human.I hate getting my blood drawn, and she made the experience so easy from start to finish. Not to mention, as I sat down and waited for my appointment. This excellent team member helped everybody and had a level of patience that I’ve never seen in the medical field. Wow. She is gifted to do this & removed every stigma people have about coming to places like this.It is truly upsetting to me that I cannot find her name. But I beg whoever sees this to please go back into your files and connect to the person working on Nov. 16th during the day. This is a formal, public acknowledgment of her excellent service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had an appointment, they were running behind. I took a call for work in the lobby of the facility because my livelihood and my health are equally important. They claimed they called my name but I was physically present and did not hear them. I ask if they skipped me or if I missed it they said they removed me from the list. They’ve now done this to 3 people since I’ve been here. I’m getting blood drawn to make sure I don’t have brain cancer, I’m in law school and work full time to support my education. I just need them to take my blood so I can go to my next doctors appointment and get back to studying for finals. This is absurd.

There was a lady with short colored hair who was very very rude. She seemed like she didn't want to do any more work. Uptight about people walking in without an appointment. I guess she's not aware of the walk in policy and felt the need to turn 5 people away. She need people skills or find another job..

Eternally grateful to the phlebotomist who talked me through a blood draw when I was nervous by telling me about his favorite farmer’s market upstate and their amazing plums. You are a hero and made a scary moment so much easier!

This used to be my favorite test lab in the area, but I'm sorry to say that they apparently have been economizing at the expense of customer service, and after today's experience, I won't be back.I used to be able to just walk in and get a test without a lengthy delay. This morning, I entered my information in an automated kiosk and was told to come back at 10:40 a.m., about an hour later.I returned at 10:30 a.m. and not hearing my name called, at 11:00 a.m. I sought out one of the blood technicians in a back room -- no one is available at the front desk any more -- to ask if my name was still on their queue.The woman said her computer had just frozen and advised me to take a seat out front until she called me.When she did call me a few minutes later, having unfrozen the computer, she replied rather brusquely that she had called my name and I would now have to wait until the end of what was now a lengthy queue -- the waiting room was packed.I told her I would make an appointment online and attempted to do so, choosing a time up to a week away. Every time I selected what was supposed to be an available slot, I would press "Schedule Appointment" and was greeted with the message, "That time no longer available. Please choose another."I did so repeatedly and finally gave up in exasperation. I have asked my doctor to recommend another test lab in the neighborhood, as I no longer have confidence in Quest's ability to provide superior customer service...

This quest was delightful, I had no appointment and was seen in under 5 minutes (Monday 9am). The staff were cheery and friendly :)

Made an appointment on Saturday morning; There was barely any wait time despite all the negative reviews I read before coming. Phlebotomist was nice, professional, and found my vein quickly. I was out within 10-15 mins. Will be coming back here for any future bloodwork.

The Phlebotomist was the rudest, coldest and most inept I've ever had. Not only did she fail to get all my blood vials done after stabbing me and redirecting the needle, she didn't answer any of my questions, didn't try any other veins. She just kept saying "ask your doctor" "You have no veins" or just shrugging and SNEERING. My arm is black and blue and a hot lump and I have to get my bloods done from another place, bloods I really need for meds, and now that vein is totally busted b/c of her. Ratchet.

There was no receptionist, no one approached me upon arrival, until I said hello to see if anyone was there. A nurse popped her head out with a sandwich in her hand (which is reasonable hence she’s probably the only person working at the time). She told me to fill out my information on the pad and proceeded to do the blood draw. 4 days later I am still bruised and had blood clots from the withdrawal. I have never experienced this before when doing blood tests. Very poor experience unfortunately and will definitely not be returning.

I try to avoid this location (E22nd), simply because most of the people working there are just so miserable. No bedside manner, no pleasantries. If you smile and say hello, you MIGHT get a grunt in return. As a business owner myself, I would have a serious sit down with the staff about the importance of humanity - ESPECIALLY when people are having medical issues. Shameful.

No human pick up the phone for you to set up an appointment. You have to go to the office in person like what people used to do one thousand years ago . Automated system will give you hard times and you won't make it .
