Showed up for my appointment at 8:20am and joined 15 other people who had been waiting for the office to open since 8am. The woman working didn’t show up until 9am and we received no explanation. I went to check in and got told that I was more than a minute late so my appointment was cancelled. Apparently this happens all the time. Do better quest.

The lady who took my blood was really sweet. I'm uncomfortable with needles but the process was smooth with her. It was a long wait time since I missed my appointment (that was totally on me). Despite the long wait time I was able to get what I needed done the same day. For Quest, make sure to get your labs/bloodwork printed from your PCP since their fax machine takes long

My doctor ordered some blood work for me and the quest diagnostics was located on the floor below it, I didn’t wait long but when I was taken to the back the phlebotomist used a needle that was sitting there next to tubes of blood that were not mine and she took one tube of blood from me and put the rest of my labels on the tubes of blood that were not mine and already sitting there. What’s worse is that I’ve been having severe flu like symptoms since the day she took my blood. I am now frightened that I contracted something from a dirty needle she used.

I had such a great experience at this office. I believe it was the manager who helped me, but I cannot remember her name. I arrived early and was taken back almost immediately. The correct forms I needed were not sent over in time (third party mistake), but she went above and beyond to get everything prepared for me. She could have easily told me to reschedule. I was nervous about the testing in general, and she went out of her way to put me at ease. Thank you so much for your kindness and care!

Terrible wait times. Check in long before you arrive if you want to be seen on time. I saw someone complain enough and they skipped everyone in the wait room and was seen before their appointment time. Doesn’t make sense.

Check in was easy. Wait time with appointment was about 15 minutes. The tech did not draw the proper amount of blood vials for all the tests the Dr. ordered. I had to go back to the lab again, so I chose another lab company and will use another lab company going forward.

Joy was an absolute pleasure. As someone who doesn’t like needles, Joy was the first and only time I had my blood drawn and didn’t feel a thing. She’s great a what she does and very personable.

As a long-time physician referrer to Quest, I never had a problem with the quality, speed, or cooperation from Quest labs. But now retired, as a patient, my experience has been far different. Quest shines at performing routine lab work in-house, things like simple chemistries, blood counts, or urinalyses. But for more unusual tests that require referral to an outside lab, forget it. Four weeks ago, I had some exotic tests done that had to be forwarded to a California lab. I'm still waiting for the results, despite several calls to their customer service reps. Bottom line: know what tests your doctor is ordering. If it's something unusual, consider going to a university lab that deals with these requests more frequently.

Had a 12:20 appt., checked in early, barely sent down and Lanecia opened the door & said my name. Lanecia was very friendly, professional & chatted with me. I definitely recommend this location & will go back next year for my blood work.

awful balling department . I set automotive payment sometime a year ago and accidentally I was charged double !!No one contacted me regarding it !!this year I received two bills for $30 . I contacted customer service , talked to someone named Sherry . I had to push her while explaining that I have a positive balance with them . I emailed my bank statements to prove that I have a credit for me re than $100. she did not respond to me for a month !!!!!after that I have recieved a bill again with warning that they ll send my bills to collections.!!!.....I called customer service again, I was told that my bills were put on hold .. next day I am receiving a bill from collection services !!!It was sooo annoying that I just decic to pay my bills because I considered it would be easier for me !!! In two weeks I for an email from Sherry that my bills were closed with 0 balance ... Awful !!! No one did everything!!! Quest stole $100 from me!!! People in billing department don't know math !!!!!

I have a problem with the website. It won't allow me to update my information. After repeated attempts, I tried calling their main toll-free number, hoping to speak with an IT technician, but with no better results. I waited nearly an hour before giving up. I hope they improve their customer service.
