This location was right by my work so I quickly came here at 3pm on a Tuesday. I only waited 5 minutes and the phlebotomist was kind and even took the time to explain what she would be doing. The space was clean. Not much more I could have needed or wanted. Not sure why all the previous reviews are so harsh. I rarely write reviews but I figured I'd help negate some of the two stars considering this was a great experience for me.

Mike was amazing! I told him I was nervous about getting my blood drawn and he was very kind and told me funny stories to help me relax. I didn’t even feel the needle! We only waited about 10 minutes so everything went great!

It was my first time going to this facility. I was really turned off by the reviews but I had to go anyway. Booked an appointment online, checked into the appointment on my cell. I waited several minutes after my appointment time and we wrapped up pretty quickly. Nobody was around to ask for my insurance information or process payments.A lady with black hair + glasses took care of me. The blood work was painless. She didn't introduce herself or anything. I don't think she cared for the job but it's fine. I had to go back to work anyway.

Nope don’t do it. Go somewhere else. Traumatized to say the least (Point 2)1. They don’t have a real person working. There’s only a iPad to check in. Way to be cheap and sacrifice customer service Quest. No one to ask questions to while you wait in a lobby full of disgruntled patients patiently waiting to be seen.2. The traumatizing part - I’m 33 and get blood work done regularly since the age of 16. This is my first time at this location and I’ll never go back or recommend anyone to go here. The lady MISSED my vain and then spent A FULL 60 seconds DIGGING the needle around my arm trying to find my vain. Incredibly painful. Again I get blood work done regularly and this has neverrrr happened to me in my life. Please please please find somewhere else.

I came here for a blood draw today before reading any of the reviews, to be honest, I am quite surprised. It took me longer to walk to this location than what the whole experience itself lasted. I was able to make an appointment with ease online and there plenty of slots available. When I got to the office, I signed in immediately at the front kiosk, just like I would at urgent care. I noticed the screen had patients listed as standby and there were several people in the waiting area, assuming those were some walk-ins. I was called in immediately, taken to a back room. The phlebotomist was kind, gentle but no nonsense, best combination. I have TERRIBLE deep easily collapsible veins so I came prepared with water on hand. The phlebotomist was so patient with me, she told me a story that kept me calm and positive and just like that, she flawlessly and effortlessly found a vein from my arm, and drew on the first try! During the procedure though, I heard a women yelling rudely at another staff at what seemed to be about a long wait time in her opinion (maybe a half hour), and after reading some of the other reviews, I strongly encourage to just book an appointment!

You will wait upwards of 30 minutes even when it's not busy. I don't know if they are understaffed, but they don't respect patients' time AT ALL.

I had very good service at the East 57 Stlocation by Lauris R. She was efficient and informative and made the experience very pleasant. There was another gentleman on staff also who was very efficient in getting patients in and out quickly.

I was taken into rather small office space with 2 or 3 rooms for these exams, given a seat and asked the typical questions. I asked the technician if I could go to the bathroom and do the urine test first before any other testing, because after drinking water all morning to be adequately hydrated (as instructed), I had to go badly. She walked me to the bathroom, but she was told by another technician that I would have to wait for 2 in front of me first, that there is only 1 bathroom for everyone. So, I was brought back to the exam room, and immediately had a cuff put on to have my blood pressure taken. I was surprised that I was not given any time to relax, as that is pretty much standard procedure in a doctor's office to try to get an accurate BP reading. I remarked that in addition to not having any time to relax, having to go so badly would influence the results. The cuff was also not an adult-sized cuff. It could be wrapped within the limits of the cuff length, but was more restrictive because of the width of the cuff. The 1st result, as I suspected it would be, was much higher than it normally is. When I complained that the results were not accurate due to the circumstances, the technician told me she would bring me to the bathroom and take it after for the final 2 readings. After going to the bathroom, and giving my urine sample, she sat me down again, put on the small cuff and proceeded to take my blood pressure right away, no chance to relax at all after having walked to the bathroom and back. Naturally, I was upset and told her, talking while my blood pressure was being taken, but she said has only has 20 minutes for an appointment and did not have the time. She proceeded to take my blood pressure 3 more times in a row, one after the other, creating even more circumstance for artificial readings...in addition to my already being upset about the way they were being taken. My blood pressure has never been as high as what I saw on the paperwork. These results are being sent to an insurance company for the determination of enacting a policy and every effort should be made to get accurate BP results. At a doctor's office, inaccurate results can lead to unnecessary treatments. These technicians should be trained to know how to get accurate results and not be rushed to get them as quickly as possible.

Go elsewhere. Trash bag in the lobby. Not a human available; they’re hidden behind a door. Rude staff. Patients deserve better.

Extremely discourteous staff. I was there for a specimen drop off and they both made me make an appointment and join the waitlist, I also wasn't seen for over an hour and a half. Then, the team refused to accept my samples and even threatened to throw them out. Do not come here.

I waited 30 minutes ALONE in the waiting room for a walk-in, and nobody called me. Somebody with an appointment then arrived and waited 1 min to be called in. I’m walking out because it’s obvious folks here just don’t like working.
