They’re efficient and knowledgeable, although they are a bit expensive. I have been priced out of using them, last year’s pricing was way too much. The cost of everything is rising sadly, and last year because of my circumstances I paid them more then got back.

I've been doing my taxes with them for years, always the same thing every year and the price have been going up every year, we went from $250 to $451 Dallas for the filing, insane, instead getting better treatment as old customer it's the opposite.

From the receptionist to the tax preparer you can find quality business here at R&G Brenner 125 street. The people are very friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional, I've been coming here literally for years now and each year I leave there with a smile on my face you feel good when good business is conducted. Ronald is one of the most professional and sincere business men I know I would recommend if you go there see Ronald a pleasent experience.

I have been with R&G Brenner for over 10+ years, I file every year with the same person filing my taxes.. if in any case I needed questions answered Ronald Nichols always helped me out. Not only was he my tax preparer, he always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable as I waited for my taxes to be done ..The office workers were so nice, we can talk and laugh and even smile..Felt like I gained friendships at their office..I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU AND WE WILL. CONTINUE DOING BUISNESS .THROUGHTOUT THE YEARS TO COME.????.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s been 3 weeks and they still haven’t finished my taxes. No one has responded to any emails. To make matters worse, they already charged me $475 but HAVE NOT done my taxes yet.

When i first filed my taxes in April I got them declined due to a typo of my social security that they had made. I didn't think to much of it. It was really stressful at first but a typo happens. I got it adjusted and my federal tax return came shortly after. My state taxes never showed up. I didn't stress to much about it because of COVID. But after a while I got worried. Called R&G Brenner, first person I spoke to said that it appeared not have been filed but he will need to speak to Ron who did my taxes. I was gonna get a call back.. days go by . Nothing so I called back. Same thing. We will call you back after speaking to Ron. Again nothing. Finally today I get someone helpful on the phone that told me that my state is indeed not even filed. And that he will make sure someone else files it for me tomorrow. I have no trust now that my taxes were done correctly. I was hoping after reading the good reviews that I finally found my tax person. But how much do they really care when they first do sloppy typos and then forget to file ?

Unfortunately I been trying to get a hold of anyone one I can from all locations and no one answers the phone not even in valley stream. I used to work for them for 3 years. tax preparer Mr. Powers does not return emails or calls i been trying for over a month now and still nothing hope nothing fraudulent is happening with my taxes. Such a shame to treat people this way. Julio and Kelvin were the best at this company and now they no longer work there.they seem to of been the only professional there and always mad sure there clients were happy. I been doing taxes there for 6 years.
