One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its proximity to a popular destination, and I was delighted to find that it was just a stone's throw away. Despite being located in a bustling area, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was incredibly quiet. As a light sleeper, this was an absolute godsend.

I know I did not even go to this hotel, but I saw the 2004 film The Terminal that Viktor got into the Lounge of Ramada Inn and got the signature from Benny Golson the Jazz player as he promised his wife named Amelia Jane Warren.I do not own any of those copyrighted items. I just suddenly found the movie on Netflix and took the picture of the coincidence.Once again, this hotel was usually the Ramada Inn, one of the movie filming location of The Terminal. You want to know clearly what is the title of the movie I was watching and enjoying it? Look at my fifth pic.

This is a very good safe haven. I am pleased to be here until I find a more permanent living situation. Thanks to my friends and New York City for helping me at a very difficult time. This experience is giving me some new hope and has already helped me enormously.

This was a great hotel, but the amenities could have been better for the money charged.

This place is currently a Mens homeless shelter ,soon they said they'll be accepting women also.BRC runs this shelter, and the staff here keeps it fairly clean. Its Not a MICA shelter. So its basically quite.

So far its not so great. I arrived and the woman at the front desk is very somber and isnt helpful. She says their is no storage as I wait for my room to be ready. She also didnt know any place I could go and wait or have breakfast. This location is great but if the staff doesnt make it a deatination that fulfills the traveler what kind of service are they providing at their prices ....

They didn't have Jazz and it wasn't Ramada Inn.

I was hosted there some years ago when the hotel had another name. The rooms are clean and they are renewed, but a little bit small. Despite that they are ok. The breakfast is included and is pretty good. The location is close to the 6th subway train but not close to TS (20 min walking). The price was not cheap, because although the hotel is nice, you can get similars for the same price but more close to TS. For that reason, next time I will go to nyc, I would reserve in another hotel

Management is so rude it’s unbelievable. Rude and ghetto is the word. During my check in the female manager had a whole exchange with a guest about money. Management was unwilling to corporate and explain to her and a family later refused her service because she was black. It also hard to get your deposit back from them. They keep telling you different stories one after the other and so rude and unwilling to explain the situation any situation. It’s just ghetto

No welcome, no explanation on things to do during our stay... Every hotel does that right? Nope not that one. When we arrive there was no blanket on the bed and television signal was not working very well. We were located on the second floor near the stairs and every time someone open the exit metal door we were awakened... For the price you can find way better.. We will not come back for our next trip to new york?
