I have been experiencing the same thing and I waited weeks at least 2 weeks for my purchase I received an email that it had been delivered and I never received my package, I emailed the company I never received a response back I also called the number on the site and it constantly had a busy signal this is completely insane and unacceptable

Not only is the client made to feel like a burden, potential scammer and penalized for shipping issues that are out of their control but you only receive a replacement of the item you purchase if they have one available. You must wait a week for the item you ordered and paid for to go through an investigation. No returns if they can’t replace it and if they can, you have to sign for the replacement item at your inconvenience - they send the replacement ground (while making empty statements that they apologize for any inconvenience - clearly showing they have zero respect for your time or consideration in your support of the brand) and give you an estimated date of when the replacement is to show up (that you have no reason to trust it will arrive as promised per your first poor experience) and aren’t given an estimated time it will show up. And I, like most responsible individuals, work; however, in order to actually receive my paid for item, I would have to spend my entire day home awaiting this promised packaged so that I can sign for it. This is the worst customer service, horrible first experience shopping on the Rebecca Minkoff site and my last Rebecca Minkoff purchase.

0 stars if possible. Multiple emails and contact requests sent over weeks, no response from the company whatsoever. Will never purchase anything from this company again.

I've ordered earings on May 22.2022 that I've never received but still being charged for. After 10 days I should have received my package but to my surprise I found out that those earings were not even on stock in the first place. Even if on their website the status of order was 'sent', they cancelled it and since 1 month I am still waiting for my money. I have sent severals emails since end of May and still did not get my money back, they just keep promising: allow 5 business days, aftewards then 10 days more and so on. I believe this company is a SCAM and a disgrace and they are just using our money and not deliverying the producs. Probably this is how they get the profit done....

Attention. I have contacted their customer service by email numerous times and yet to get a suitable answer. It’s either a bot or off-shore , where they do not understand English . I have never experienced such horrible customer service. All I want to do is spend my money !

Um Just never again. Horrible experience with my online order! I returned the bags and been waiting for a refund for one month - ended up missing a refund for one of the bags and their customer service that is only available via email is a joke and not trying to help at all. Not supporting this company ever again.

This is by far THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with!!!! Never received my item and can't get a hold of customer service at all!!!! They charged me and NEVER sent my order!!!!! I am beyond frustrated!!!! I want my item Or my money back!!!! This is crap service. DO NOT BUY from this company, you will regret it!!!!

This company sucks I would never buy anything else from Rebecca Minkoff the customer will blatantly ignore all your emails and not to mention that they are still closed and you can speak to no one over the phone I am currently still trying to get my money back for a return it's been almost a month I have sent 3 emails no response save yourself the heartache and don't purchase from here. And they will have the nerve to ask you to do a review and will literally send email after email for you to do a review when after it's all said and done the service you will get after the fact will have you very disgruntled about doing any kind of business with these people.

Much like the other reviews, I have to say their shipping sucks! I ordered an item two weeks ago and still hasn't shipped! No answers from customer service either! I've infiltrated her IG with comments so hopefully she notices and does something about it!! I will be pissed if I just wasted $200!

It sad because I really do like her products but the customer service beyonds sucks. I accidentally ordered an item off their website and immediately tried to cancel the order and reached out via email to CS and they emailed me the next day stating that they couldn't cancel the order because it already shipped. They told me to just return the item and they will be bale to refund the order, a week later I got the package and shipped it right back. Ive tried to reach out four times regarding if my refund was accepted and processed but no one responded, called the CS number and emailed no response.
