The experience was okay at this Regal due to a lot of reasons. One being the seats; they are not very comfortable as they were too hard to stretch for comfort. Another one was the cafe. The service was faster but the bags in which they serve popcorn were of low quality as they tore because of the weight. Definitely needs improvement in these areas. Went there for Migration movie preview show whose organizers were amazing. They gave a rubber duck as goodie to everyone who made it to the list and made sure they were all seated.

Sad to read about so many complaints, but my experience here was great. We booked the theatre 12 for a 3D viewing of Wish and had a great time. The place was almost empty and the seats couldn't have been more comfortable. Make sure to book the first row of the gallery sets... amazing view! The restrooms are kept clean and the staff is helpful. I left my wallet on the seat and when I got back they were able to find it with all my IDs (although the cash was missing). I'm not much of a movie-goer anymore, but I'd definitely return.

I used to come here every Sunday as a family tradition but the popcorn is horrible. I hope management sees this. How do you sell stale popcorn at a movie theater during prime time. That's more than half the reason why people go to the theater. Also the seats aren't great.

Wow haven't been to this theater in ages.. this was my go to theatre back in the day when Union Square was a destination for me. Back then, I believe the Trader Joe's opened on Irving and then Walgreens and the Union Square Wine Store.Well, today my friend and I came to see The Holdovers and the showtimes here were better than other theaters. Nice to know that matinees are discounted to $15.25.A lot has changed:1. Everyone is in the hospitality business and the focus is coffee cafe. Here there is a Lavazza Coffee Cafe. I drink Lavazza daily from my home. I don't think I will be purchasing it at a movie theater. I didn't check the prices but I can bet a cup is what I I pay for a pound of it. Btw the Angelika had this concept now for three decades2. Kiosks: there was a technical issue with buying tickets and couldn't scan my Crown Club card to receive points and kiosk stated there were no showtimes for The Holdovers. We almost walked out but rechecked Fandango App which confirmed 11:40am showtime. Which leads to ..3. Customer Service: we took escalator up in hopes of finding assistance. This Regal is sleek, futuristic with flashy neon signs etc. The ticket taker radioed another employee near concession stand to assist us. Ariel was truly great.. she assisted us with our tickets and confirmed kiosk glitch4. Reserved Seating:, this is for ALL theaters: WHY? If you are doing this then patrons should be able to order food from seat like Nitehawk Cinema in Williamsburg has been doing for years.5. Seating: refurbished orange leather seats. Pretty comfy.6. Cleanliness: Spotless7. Restrooms: ample stalls for ladies ( very important) and very clean8. Value: I'm not convinced spending $20 or $15 matinee prices is worth it anymore. I'll spend it for a movie I really want to see with actors in it that I am a true fan of, otherwise I wait for it to come to Prime. Let's face it, post- COVID has really changed movie outings...9. Promos: which leads to get rid of BOGO popcorn Tuesdays and give a movie goer better incentives like double reward points for weekly visits or BOGO tickets for Crown Club members10. Future: I'm unsure about movie outings to any theater. I really prefer Brooklyn, say BAM. I think the movie industry is greedy and prices have gone through the roof. This makes me have a movie night, every night from the comfort of my home.

We really enjoyed the ScreenX movies despite they use the technology with only parts of the movie. The seats don't fully recline but are still plushy, large and recline enough to feel truly relaxed.

Quite a decent movie theater. Accessible location and very pleasant inside. Friendly staff. Had a good time. The only minus was that the commercials before the movie were too long. Exceeded 20 minutes. Not sure if it is always like that or they just made a mistake.

First time coming back since it's renovation. Really awesome interior design (see pics) and recliner seats. I wish the seats were automated but all is well. Lavazza (coffee store/shop) is inside of this location, so ensure you're standing on the right line for tickets. You can either get them online or via a ticket machine located on the first floor of this theater.

I purchased advance tickets for the showing of Waitress the musical in December. I did not receive an email ticket confirmation from Regal, but only had a screenshot with a reference number. I went over and a young employee named Kim was extremely helpful and called over a lady named Shameeca who I can only assume was a manager. Shameeca was incredibly disrespectful towards me and another patron who was asking which theatre to go to. She yelled at the other patron and told Kim multiple times that my order number would not help and the only way that I could get my tickets that I purchased on your website was through the credit card I used, which I was not sure of which one I used. She told me there was NO OTHER WAY TO GET MY TICKET very rudely. She made zero effort to look up my email or order at all. She was incredibly unhelpful and had no desire to help resolve the issue. She kept barking at me and Kim over and over until Kim on her own, tried to put the code in AND LOW AND BEHOLD, IT WORKED. Thanks to Kim. I thanked her and left.Shameeca's treatment of me was abysmal and she is a poor representation of your company, and should not be management for certain. I will be seeing the film that I purchased, and never returning to Regal again.Perhaps it was racial profiling, but it was horrific and should be fired. I cannot be the only person she speaks to in that manner.

Was disappointed with a recent visit mainly because of the theater I was in. It was super tiny!!! Felt like a theater this trying isn't worth paying NYC movie ticket prices and I might as well just watch a movie at home!

Went to see Barbie here and had a decent experience. The building has many theatres but is kept quite clean. However, the seats are pretty uncomfortable, and it is hard to view the entire screen if seated in one of the first few rows. The service at the concession stands was good. Overall, would recommend, but sit towards the back.

I recently visited this theater, and I was quite impressed with the sound experience. It was above average and added to the overall enjoyment of the movie. However, I did notice that there were a few seats that were in poor condition, which affected the comfort of the viewing experience for some patrons. Additionally, it was disappointing to see that the theater was not cleaned properly after shows. This lack of cleanliness could be improved to enhance the overall experience for the audience. Despite these issues, the impressive sound quality does stand out as a positive aspect of this theater

I've been here to see a handful of movies, most recently "The Equalizer 3". The theater is relatively easy to get to, and it's spacious. The employees check the inside of your bag and your tickets at the entrance before you head to your respective theater. I do enjoy the reclining chairs, however, it's always cold inside of the theater. I've gotten spoiled from dine-in theaters such as I-pic and Alamo, therefore, I will normally choose those theaters over Regal or AMC.

Will not be coming to this theater again!! You pay the same price as an AMC for a wayyy worse experience. The theater was HOT, like no AC was on for the first 20 minutes of the movie. The “reclining” seats go back maybe 3 inches and don’t stay back, you have to hold your feet on the ground and press back for them to stay reclined. Incredibly uncomfortable, not worth $22 at all. Especially when you’re sitting watching a movie for 3 hours.
