This was a smaller store with less inventory (it seemed) than the Soho location but I was able to find the dress I tried on there here, since this was closer to my hotel.Store was clean and staff were friendly!I love Reiss and am always able to find some beautiful and timeless pieces to add to my wardrobe here.

Went there for help with a damaged dress and the manager was the rudest person-ever! Actually refused to do anything and asked his sales associates not to talk to me when I asked them for help?!? Worst customer service experience!! Wish could give zero stars.

Miserable customer service. Tried on 3 shirts of same style in store - all had a flaw somewhere. They brought out a 4th from stock which looked good on first inspection. At home, I put on for first time and noticed a hole just under the collar. I was livid, and made a trip into the city for a refund. I was astonished that the manager refused to refund b/c the “tag was cutoff”. Were they planning to try to sell this defective product to another unsuspecting customer? No excuse for treating customers this way. You need to fix your product quality and don’t make it the customers problem when you can’t.

What an awful experience. Bought pants and a shirt two weeks ago, never wore them and they were still in the bag with the paper wrapped around them and with the receipt. Decided to return them today and the sales person at the register told us they couldn't return the shirt as it had stains on the inside collar. When I said that I never used the shirt and the stains were there when I bought the shirt, he implied I was lying and said he would never sell a shirt in that condition.

I love Reiss and was very excited to see this shop in NYC while here on a weekend trip with my fiancee for work. They're having their semi-annual so I peaked inside to see if there were any fashion coats for me to try. I fell in love with one on a mannequin that was originally $695 but was on sale for $460. Last one in that size and looked perfect on me. Sold! Two days later it was reduced to $350 so I called the store to ask for an adjustment, the lady on the phone was so friendly and helpful. She immediately took ownership, allowed me to text her a copy of my receipt and did the adjustment. I received an email notification and an immediate credit on my card for $115. Excellent customer service and I love the quality of the clothing and jackets in here. This is one of the go-to bands of Princess Kate in London so I love that I can also shop some of their ready-to-wear items and find beautiful work clothing and dresses at great prices. They took excellent care of me here. I'm very happy.

INCORRECT STORE HOURS. Rep opened the door to say they were closed already. I asked to quickly return an item to make my time window of returning and I had come from far. Yet online their store specific hours say 8pm.

The staff here is so rude you could walk around for 30 minutes and they will not ask you for help like you can tell they really don’t want to help they’re just there to be doing their job...

Never been treated so poorly in a retail outlet. Awful salesperson "Elena" (although i suspect she lied about that also. They refuse returns inside their return window and are rude and arrogant about it. Too many decent places in NY forget this one.

I was at Reiss London today and totally blown away. I fell in love with their coats; it’s so rich and of high quality by mere looking at it and it’s definitely a return visit for me. The lady that attended to me was so helpful and comely. This store is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance for the differently able.

Stopped by here after seeing a sale sign. I wanted to purchase a top here, but they didn't have anymore of my size minus a damaged one. The store carries a lot of minimalist, classy pieces with a modern fashionable flair. It's a British brand and the customer service was good also. I definitely recommend shopping here when they have their sales.

Really great location with modern styles and an excellent team. Trusted Reiss for a made to order suit, received 5 star treatment from Kway throughout the experience, and the final product was beyond expectations. Thanks for the attention to details!
