Good variety of shops and food options, but SO hard to navigate. Deliberately difficult interior design flow I think, to trap shoppers inside longer. If you have any mobility issues, have young kids with you, use a stroller, walker or wheelchair, or have injuries (30% of the population), there isn't one elevator that goes to all levels. Each one has a limited run and is NOWHERE near the next one you might need. Also they are frequently out of order and not serviced on the weekends. Escalators are not more convenient, nor are they always available at key points.

Definitely one of the nicest and most well kept malls in the world. Immaculately clean. Plenty of unusual places to get unusual food. Clean bright public bathrooms. But I can't imagine doing any real, practical shopping here. This mall is more of a novelty at the World trade Center complex than it is a truly functional place to get stuff you need. I found the service to be reasonably good. But this is not a cheap place to shop. Most of what you find will be overpriced.

After taking the train in from Newark Penn Station, I came up and was wowed by the new space here. Didn't expect this what this was when I got off at the stop. It's large, airy and has a ton of boutiques, stores and a food court or hall. I hit up the Duane Reade to grab some supplies that I forgot to pack. If I was a bit hungrier I would have got some food. It's bright spacious and clean in here.

I'm a 12 year resident of BPC and patronize the mall and it's stores and restaurants and was sprayed by an employee that was power washing the stonework intentionally and for no reason while walking by with my dog. We walk by the mall every day and were not bothering anyone and were more than 20 ft. away, and yet the jerk refused to stop spraying even after he saw us. When I called out he ignored me and when I went over to ask him face-to-face what his issue was he just laughed and acted like he couldn't understand what I was saying. It must happen frequently because it was obvious that he wasn't concerned about it at all. When I went over to a nearby security guard who had a radio and asked him to call a supervisor he did nothing, saying that he doesn't work for the same company. When I tried to call the Westfield mall management headquarters they have their voicemail system set up so that you can't even get to a person - they make it seem like you are being connected, however all you get is a message saying that no one's available and "try again later" with no provision to leave a message. Same thing with their website - no provision to actually contact anyone regarding a complaint or emergency. Kind of makes you wonder what happens if someone gets injured on the property. Anyway, it's shameful behavior and clearly the guy knew he could get away with it since the management and oversite is not to be seen...Shame on you Westfield and no wonder if you're in financial trouble given how you run things....

Didn’t go shopping as most stores were very expensive but great place to get photos and the architecture is amazing.

After getting off the subway you walk right into this amazing architecture it was incredible. The building looks smaller from the outside but it is much larger than it seem.

Breathtaking! Your jaw will drop the first time you see this place. It is so amazing! Sterile looking and feeling but so beautiful. There are a myriad of stores here and it also connects to the world trade observatory, subway, and other trade buildings. This is a must see in New York. Something beautiful came out of the ashes of the area. Always get choked up being in the area, but I'm glad something beautiful could be created out of something so tragic.

Amazing by its architecture, huge building and a nice place where you can find a lot of shops. Even if you don’t want to buy anything you should go inside to see how special it is. Also, if you’re just passing by and you need a restroom you can go there ?

Excellent design, open spaces, shopping and a good selection of places to eat. Great subway and PATH access. Close by to the financial district and the 9/11 Museum.

Lively and attractive destination. Convenient location and unique architectural design. This center provides an enjoyable shopping experience in a spacious and relaxed environment. Truly an ideal spot for a fun day out whether you're looking for a leisurely shopping trip, a quick bit to eat, or a catch-up with friends. Westfield is a delightful choice for all your leisure needs.

A upscale mall that is basically where the more egalitarian mall, the type that had stores like Radio Shack, Lechters and other stores that were for everyone, was in the World Trade Center that I was in frequently when I worked in the World Trade Center. The store that essentially is where Alexander's once was is Eataly. Since practically all the health food stores have been obliterated from New York City, and the stores that are the best sources for things like organic produce I have been buying for a third of a century, long before it became trendy, like Whole Foods Market, only service trendy areas, if I happen to be near a store that sells organic produce, I tend to walk in to see what's available to see if they have something I want and want to haul around with me until I go home. I have done that for years when I happen to be near Eataly's Flatiron/Madison Square store, and have made many purchases there. I happened to be near the World Trade Center Eataly location, so I similarly stopped in to see if they had any organic produce I wanted. When I was there, a 300 pound security guard followed me around. I didn't notice him following anyone else, but, he apparently had no other job at the time then to follow me. Eataly is a Italian company, meaning it exists in Italy and has now opened locations here. They came to MY country, where I was born, then follow me around because I came in to see if they had what I wanted to spend my money on in their store. Does Eataly only want certain types of customers in their store? Do they have a problem with Jews in their stores? When Westfield World Trade Center rents what might be an anchor space to a foreign company that apparently only welcomes certain types of customers, harassing and driving out customers they don't want, they are also driving those same customers out of their entire shopping center.

We went to Eatly on the 3rd floor. The food was delicious, but the pizza was not that great. The view out of the windows was fantastic. The one lady that was bringing our drinks was rude. Our waiter was very good, but he went missing for way too long while we were waiting to pay our check. The store was a very cool place. It had a ton to look at and purchase.
