The free passport photos they provide are not accepted by Department of State. My renewal application was rejected because of the photos.

Rude/unclear security guard and nonsensical rules for the store. Security wouldn’t let us in and he said “there’s a line” when one shopper was inside ? Rimowa get over yourself
