The sunglasses and fragrance department gives me mixed feelings. They're very sweet and attentive but seem to want to make a sale above all else. Besides that everyone was very kind and sweet and they had a decent variety of designer eye wear. The Prada store in Bloomingdale's however was exceptional. Very attentive and patient with me and were sweet enough to give a little extra gift when I purchased my bag.

I really wanna think Mary B for helping me in Riverside, Mall Jersey and she was very helpful I recommend everyone to go to her. If you want anything from there I went last week to exchange my bracelet. I got it as a gift, and she was so quick and very nice

Bad customer experience! They had a low to the ground mannequin display case that wasn't protected by ropes and I fell over it and got badly hurt. Management came over when the accident happened. But ignored me afterwards. I called a couple of times and they finally referred me to their claims insurance. I called them six times. I never got any response. I called the store back two times. Never got a response. They obviously don't care about their customers. Don't shop there.

Came here for Bloomingdale's annual SantaLand~Best holiday Ever event located on the 6th Floor. Walked past the spectacular winter holiday display and near the bedding/mattress section; you'll see Santa's elves directing the line to wait for the grand meet and greet with Santa. Bloomies is offering a complimentary photo opt with old Saint Nick and two free photos to take home. Kids also get a free goodie bag of candies as well. The wait in line wasn't too long and the staff were really friendly. When the moment arrives to meet Santa~ all the anticipation and joy were brought front and center. This department store has been a staple of NYC finest luxury products~as it will continue this trend for years to come.

In NYC for a super quick visit, my husband and I spent some time shopping at this fabulous and super huge Bloomingdale's headquarters and flagship store... We split up to make the most of our time. He went down to the Men's department and I went up to explore cosmetics, undergarments, kids clothing and more...I could have spent all day in this store but ended up honing in on what I really needed since we didn't have that much time... Huge thanks to Ezra who helped me with Spanks and Irene who did some quick magic on my face at the Clinique counter!I wish there was a Bloomingdales closer to where I live in Arizona, but until then, I'll make the most of my visits to cities that do have a Bloomingdales and perhaps shop online if needed as well.

Two stars for the Merc. Variable stars for the staff. Zero stars for the clientele. It used to be special to shop at Bloomingdale's. Now it truly is nothing more than a department store that resides above the subway. Unfortunately some of the subway rats.. ( the people not the rodent) are rude and off putting. It also attracts the same SUB way creatures. Now, to be fair, you can't judge a store only by your clientele however, it does Lynn from unpleasant shopping experience, As for the service, If you're lucky, you might find a really superb sales person. However, in many cases, it feels it's understaffed and at times you have to hunt for people to help youMy last experience is thethe last time I shop here.In an effort to purchase a $500 bottle of cologne, I still waiting for 20 minutes for a sales person as he continued jabbering with his previous client. In some cases it felt like he was delivering ignoring us.I then went to a Bloomingdales representative Graciously helped us with the sale and was very apologetic. It appears to me that some of these vendors, every independent of Bloomingdales and they act that way as well.So that in mind, it basically makes a shopping experience pretty awful. Now, to be fair, I have had good service typically, by people who work for Bloomingdales directly, however, I certainly avoid going to the individual boutiques by the individual designers because they hire second rate sales people who just expect people to tolerate whatever unsophisticated behavior, they deal out

I actually think customer service has gotten better! And I love the way they are designing different floors- the kitchen ware, the cosmetics, and more! I could have spent a lot more time looking around and enjoying my visit to the store! I got a lot of ideas by looking at their furniture, their plates and more! I needed some make up at MAC and they were super helpful with me in getting eyebrow pencil and lipstick -two must haves! I was glad she asked me if I was a Loyalist member because I am but this time I decided to pay cash! Always love the flagship Bloomies store!

WAIT TIME IS 90 MINUTES to speak to someone at Bloomingdales credit services! If you are considering opening a Bloomingdale's CREDIT CARD account, make sure you can wait OVER ONE AND A HALF HOUR to speak to someone in Bloomingdales Credit Card. You will encounter extremely slow service if you ever call them. Even if you are their top level -- Top of the List Unlocked, you will easily wait over one hour before talking to a live person. That person will likely ask you to hold another 15 to 20 minutes. During this wait, your call may get disconnected and your calling and waiting will start all over again. If you have plenty of time to waste and love being placed on hold, get the Bloomingdale's credit card.

The place is huge! You can get lost real easily, but they have touch maps at certain stations. The Nespresso team, is on point! Rosalind, and another employee starting with the letter G (but can't remember) we're so nice, and inviting. They made us laugh and made sure we felt welcomed and probably bought us with their kindness lol. But I do think, in general, that the rest of the store's service could be better. The workers here were nice but not friendly in the approachable way. That for me is a huge thing. I'm not rich, and I didn't buy anything important but I felt like that was a big reason as to why no one was friendly towards us. But anyways, the place has a variety of items to buy and everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Bloomingdale is a wonderful place to go window shopping, and one storefront that stood out to me was the Louis Vuitton store. The collaboration between Louis Vuitton and Yayoi Kusama resulted in a stunning collection featuring the avant-garde Japanese artist's iconic pieces. My personal favorite item from this collection is on display at this location. Additionally, the exquisite floral display and purse by the talented artist were truly beautiful. It's definitely worth a visit.

It's been a while since I have been to Bloomingdales. There was not a lot of foot traffic here. It feels cold and barren. Walked in with two other customers and left at about the same time. We all did not purchase anything from this establishment. Did not see many people with shopping bags.Place is not attractive nor appealing. Walked by the cosmetic area and see staff holding bottle of perfume, spritz on paper and smell it. No interaction with customers walking by. While other staff busy talking to one another. By the escalator, a staff dressed in suit walks up near a customer looking at directory and looks at them and then walks back. Nice window displays which caught me eye as I was walking out of Bloomingdales.

I came here to shop with friends. I like that the vibe has changed from stuffy to more modern and chic yet upscale.I bought a Chanel lipstick and my friend bought some French connection clothes. I also like that there is the charging station at the bathroom.

The store is lovely. Very festive shopping experience. The staff are extremely helpful! Friendly, courteous, professional, and well informed. Eight floors of beautiful clothing, home decor, and an extensive cosmetics department. The staff are beautiful. Is there a screening process? Like seriously, who is recruiting these folks? Do the sub gor a modeling agency? The men that work at this store are gorgeous! I could go their broke for the eye candy and still have a great experience! Overall I had a great shopping day. Lots of sales and deals. Stop by Bloomingdales. You won't be disappointed.
