received the arrangement in September, spent a pretty penny anticipating them "lasting a year", we're now in November and htey look uch. I contacted customer service via chat and was told this is how they should look- i don't think faded and wilty is what they should look like, they came vibrant dark and light pink

Ordered a small $100.00 (4 roses) for my dear friend who likes purple. I'm pleased with the shipment being tied down so they would not get damaged or move at all. Now, having ordered the box shape with the 4 off of the Today show, Jill's steals and deals, I had to order an arrangement for myself. Instead of the box I ordered the small wood mini round in white to display on my coffee table over Christmas. It will match nicely with the gray and white color scheme with Santa's, Nambe' Santa, sleigh and the Reindeer, etc. I usually order a large white orchid for $75.00 which lasts 3-4 months so this is a change for me and a much higher expense. I'm concerned it might look too small on the table with the other items. In any case, I'm looking forward to receiving it and hope my decision to go much further works well. I will complete another review after I receive my order.

Spent an hour in this store with a nice young lady at the front desk trying to contradict what the website said about the points. Was trying to tell me that for 140$ purchase I only earn 14 points when I clearly earn 140points. Left so upset I almost wanted to return the gift. Shitty expierence and wouldn't recommend

What an amazing team at rose box ! I had an issue with delivery damn ups (Damaged) but they situated it and I brought them in and they made me a fresh arrangement on the spot! Thanks Gal! The customer service wow amazing!This is my second arrangement and they have a client for life! They are gorgeous and look truly unbelievable in person !Also very affordable for the quality you get! Everyone must purchase you won’t be disappointed!

I purchased an order for a rose box for my 14 yr old daughter with initials ALG. I totally forgot to pick it up later that day and was on a business trip for weeks. When I went back, granted, a month later, the store's attitude was "you prove you paid for it" as apparently they "have no records". I could not find my receipt. Suddenly I saw a pink box exactly the same that I had ordered with ALG on it in the store. It must be mine and since I didnt pick it up, naturally they were now offering it for sale. I told the server happily that must be mine - I mean why would they produce a random box with ALG in pink?. She was unmoved and her irritation level was clear from the body language. I even showed her my daughter's name to prove the initials were ALG. For a store in my neighborhood, ostensibly the wealthiest part of Manhattan I can assure you I will not be returning to be treated like I'm begging for a tax return from the IRS!! The boxes may be beautiful. The customer service is NOT.UPDATEThank you for the response offering to assist me. That was all I wanted, and not the brush off I got by the sales assistant at the time. I do have the correct brand. I live a couple of blocks away and pass your store frequently. I will reach out to see if we can resolve. Much appreciated. Thanks.

They are amazing they have really great costumer service i ordered roses for my wife for valentine's day i payed extra fee to be delivered on the valentines day and they roses arrived to me in 2 hours. I do apricated there service they are amazing. I highly recommend Rose Box NYC.I want to Thank you all Rose Box employees for the amazing service .Thank you

We were loyal customers and my husband purchased a lot of bouquets of all kind of sizes and colours.Recently they increased the prices for more than 30% but quality and customer service went down.Flowers arrived not as described in the website, and when i asked to exchange for a bigger flowers - and pay the difference of course. Sale associate was very arrogant and mean and didnt try to resolve issue anyhow.Its very unpleasant experience especially after buying so many bouquets for years. Regardless, this business doesn't know how to build relationships with customers.Regarding the flowers: Some flowers fall down after few months, as they were not glued good enough.Also flowers petals crumble all the time.

I placed an order from Rose Box for the heart shaped box roses and they guaranteed delivery on Valentine’s Day. I check the order status on Valentines Day and it was never shipped. I used the chat on their site and called, no one responded. Today I get an email from FedEx that the order from Rose Box was picked up and will be delivered 2 days after Valentines Day. For $300, I expected more from RoseBox needless to say I don’t recommend them nor will I ever do business with them again.

I ordered a medium rose box ($336.43, 20+ roses) and they delivered a mini rose box (~$100, 5 roses). They asked for pictures. I sent pictures -- No response from them. I called 2x -- every time they say "this is the call center, may I have your name and number to have them call you back"? They never call back. They've not communicated whatsoever. Their physical address ties back to a Regus office -- which, if you know Regus, it's basically paying for an address but not a real business office.

My first time ever giving a review on any business Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, they got delayed by hole day. I only ordered from them because they advertised on their website that flowers, be delivered on Valentine's Day. When I called rosebox to try and get help with my order , they said it was UPS and not them. Offered to refund my my UPS fee of $30 for an order which was close to 350$ Offered no help to try and resolve the issue , basically told me I'm on my own.

Do not! Do not order from these people. I sent my sister these roses for Mother’s Day which cost over $300.00 and the scent didn’t last two weeks. I contacted these people and asked for my money back . They told me they could give me a $30.00 gift card towards a new order. Please use another company!

A1 customer service. I spoke to Alex who assisted me in ordering same day flowers to be delivered. Thankfully I made the cut of 12:30 so I was able to have it sent the same day. She was friendly, helpful, and informative. She even went above and beyond to confirm that it will be delivered by the time I requested. I definitely recommend this place !

Update: Rose Box NYC customer services is amazing!! Alex responded to my review. Spoke to her today she understood how disappointed and will be rectifying the problem. I will update my review once I have receive there scent boosters. Let's see how this goes ;)My husband and I learned about these flowers from The Wendy William Show. She explained the flowers are beautiful and smell like real flowers. They will make any room smell like roses.My husband ordered Rose Box as a Christmas gift for me. He as well as I are very disappointed. He was unable to surprise me because I received the delivery. If you plan on giving these as a gift make sure you receive the box because the box says what it is.The flowers are being held with bungee cords. So be ready to tear your box to take your flowers out. You won't receive full dozens. I received 20 red roses in a cylinder cardboard container wrapped in felt fabric.My biggest complaint is that they DO NOT smell like roses. The smell is very faint, for the price tag these flowers have they should be made better and have a stronger scent.Highly DISAPPOINTED!!

I absolutely loved the arrangement I ordered! I wanted to do something special for a friends “milestone” birthday. They have lasted a year and are still just as beautiful as when delivered! Also, customer service at Rose Box is top notch. They were very patient with all of my questions and helped me select something that worked for me. Highly recommend!
