Love Rumble! Have been going here for the past few years on and off, but more consistently (multiple times a week) as of recently. I would, however, like to advocate for more of the trainers to go around the class and provide feedback to people. I was in an amazing class with Bradford Rahmlow last week and he was incredibly instructive and went around during each round to provide feedback (such as keeping my elbows tucked after throwing a hook instead of keeping them flared out). MORE BRADFORD AT CHELSEA!!! Only one class with him and he’s been the best trainer I’ve taken a class with! It’s a shame he only teaches two morning classes on the same day. Other trainers need to take that involved style of teaching and demonstrating. Or maybe a refresh training is needed for some. Yes, it’s a ‘boxercise’ class and not a sparring gym, but those of us who go consistently want to improve the actual boxing element, not just receive empty praise like a name call out from the platform where you can see they are just reading down a list ??Edit: To add, I only got a class with Bradford because he subbed a different class. More trainers should do this to meet new members and be known outside of their normal hours. I just took an 8am class outside of my regular times cause of this! ?

My time at Rumble had its ups and downs. While the facilities and trainers are excellent, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness and customer service skills displayed by the reception staff. Additionally, the hand wraps I purchased were damaged after just two weeks of use. When I approached the staff for a replacement or refund, they were unhelpful and simply apologized without offering a solution. I strongly recommend bringing your own gear and think twice before committing to a membership.

My first time taking Ryan’s class and I LOVED it!! I felt very sluggish when I walked into class but his great energy really helped me pump out my energy! I learned a lot from his instructions as well!

I took my first class here by accident, thinking I had signed up for a Rumble Boxing class (separate studio down the block--my workout started early as I hoofed it to this spot!). But in the grand Bob Ross tradition, that happy accident turned into quite a boon. I've now taken several sessions here via ClassPass, and have grown more impressed every time. Workouts here are in a style and format somewhat akin to Barry's--split between treadmill and bench. 50 minute class alternating 1-2 intense sessions with equal time on each. I expected pure chaos, but the instructors here are incredibly impressive, staggering the start times of the bench and tread groups to provide advice and encouragement to each. Equipment is modern and enjoyable--particularly enjoy the wrinkle of the sled/pushing option on the treadmill. Space is impeccably maintained --both studio and the ample locker room and shower area, which is one of the nicest and best stocked showers I've seen in an NYC gym. Intense full body workout, great instructors, equipment, space... simply nothing not to like here.

I really like Rumble. It's a great workout, and all the instructors I've had have been great. I would go back and back and back forever.

The cleaning crew was kind and honest to bring a ring I forgot in the changing room to the lost and found, but unfortunately the ring disappeared from the front desk. Unfortunately this is not a friendly or honest team, fake smiles and they have not principles at all.

I had exactly the same problem - I couldn't book my classes for 2 months, i have been told at the reception that the problem will be fixed (one of the girl made me doubt about the payment of my previous membership - I am sure that if I was white she would have another reaction...).

Hard core boxing class, intense but really worked for me. Clean and beautiful studio. Great instructor & live DJ. If you are seeking for challenges, highly recommend full body knockout class.

All the rumble training classes are half treadmill, half floor/weights., so it definitely draws some comparison to a big fitness chain that starts with "BAR". Things I like: 1. Classes have never felt crowded that you would bump into other people constantly. 2. I have a few favorite instructors that really bring amazing energy and encouragement. 3. Visual cues on screens to remind you what you should be doing, both on the Floor and treadmill. 4. Everyone gets a set of dumbbells ready at their Floor station, so no need to fight with others to grab from a rack

This review is solely for the lack of customer experience when trying to cancel a membership. 0 stars for being able to cancel a membership at the studio or having a phone number to leave a message to discuss a billing issue or an actual person to read the cancel membership email and actually process it. Customer experience is seriously lacking in this area.

I love a good workout class when I’m out of town! Hit up RUMBLE! The mix between floor (weights) and bags…was perfect. The instructor was great and the music was on point! Burned almost 800 calories. Well done! Make a stop.

The class started 15 minutes late, the instructor didn't speak clearly, and in a class of only 3 people still didn't take the time to help each person with form or give tips or even encouragement. Usually Rumble is great but this class was awful.
