Our son has been. taking the youth classes at RX30 and really enjoying them so far. He's getting a lot of great instruction from the trainer, working hard and learning new exercises in a fun environment.

Really enjoying the workouts at RX30. This is a full on workout completed in 30 min. These HiiT style workouts add a variety to your workout plans. Even in 30 minutes you feel like you got your work done.This is a good class to build up anyone’s fitness or if you just want to stay in shape. Perfect for an add on to your fitness plans and just really good for your daily workout.

Tried RX30 for the first time and it was so fun! Very effective workout in just 30 minutes. The instructor shows you how to do all the moves beforehand and is super motivating. Definitely will come back!

Great class. I highly recommend! In 30 minutes the instructor covers so much content. Small group classes. A bit challenging but very effective class. Exercises are great for all fitness levels. Incorporates cardio with strength training.

I recently joined RX 30 in Wayne because I wanted to try a workout closer to home but was quick and effective. I found it!!! Carolin is very professional and supportive getting new clients set up. I usually go to the 9 AM classes with coach Andrae. The classes really are so quick but you feel like you WORKED! It’s the perfect sweet spot. Taking classes is easy with the mind body app. They have storage lockers, clean bathrooms, and water refills. The other class participants are friendly and non judgmental. I like the variety of exercises and the directions and motivation while doing them. I am excited to continue taking classes!

I absolutely love Rx30, from the layout of the classes (each circuit is well programmed) to offering modifications to how encouraging coaches and classmates are. For people who have little time or feel like they need to be at the gym for hours to get a solid workout, you will absolutely get an incredible workout done in 30 minutes. Adding Rx30 to my wellness routine has really enhanced my stamina and endurance (I also take hot yoga and exercise at home). Plus, you can preorder a smoothie that's ready for you right after class, which feels like a treat that helps keep me motivated and energized throughout the day.

This gym offers 30-minute classes with a variety of equipment aimed at cardio and conditioning. I was skeptical of the value of a 30-minute class, but not only can you really get a workout in, it’s helpful on days when I don’t feel like I can do a longer workout! I have trouble packing in intensity in a short amount of time working out on my own, so it’s great to be able to drop in when I’m short on time. The classes are small, no more than ten people and sometimes even half of that!

I was in search for a class near my job and found RX30. I was looking for a place where I can shower after a class and just focus on working out and not feel conscious about myself. I am intimidated with classes because I am unfit and it’s been a while since I lifted weights after giving birth. Coach Billy was very helpful and responsive to my texts. I was anxious about being late to the class because of train issues. The communication was great.I arrived late but the coach during the 6:30 am class was able to guide me on what to do and how to do it patiently.I am unfit, anxious and a newbie to this type of class and I was able to enjoy my first class. Looking forward to book my next class.

This was a neat little find almost tucked away on the corner of Amsterdam Ave and 62nd. They advertised a free trial class which I booked the same week with ease. After the first class, they offer 50% off of your first month if you continue from that same day, which I happily took advantage of. First, the timing is great, the 6:30AM class gives you plenty of time to wash up and commute to shool/work. Second, the cleanliness and organization of the building is superb. Everything is pristine; they have all the weights and machines needed for their programs, and the interior design is to die for. It's similar to a soulcycle vibe with low overhead lights, LEDs, and cute sayings sprinkled across the walls. Finally, the class itself is just enough time to get you to sweat, but not too long to the point where you want to quit. The programs are preset, organized, demonstrated before starting, and well thought out. Depending on your level of fitness, it might take some getting used to, but the instructors offer variations personalized to your needs/level (easier or harder variations). The classes change each day so it's not like leg day is always Wednesday, which is helpful since I know I tend to avoid classes that I should look to improve in haha. Altogether, a cute and solid fitness center that I look forward to frequenting. :D

Took my first class yesterday. First time back in gym since Covid. What a great experience. It's true...30 minutes and you get a great workout. Instructor was kept the class moving. Class was super welcoming. You can see how these classes will make you stronger and fitter. Ready to make it my routine.

This place is truly phenomenal. Heart is bumping every second of the class, then it’s over before you know it! While every class will get your heart racing, some primarily focus on strength. The instructors are awesome. Front desk people are super sweet. Committing to rx30 to reach my fitness goals.

I LOVE my new gym! It’s 30 min, it’s quick, it’s powerful, it’s effective! The combination of the circuit keeps it very interesting and unpredictable which is what makes fat shedding effective! The coaches and trainees are friends and it’s very community orientated to committed to transform people’s bodies and life style in a fun and effective way!

RX30 is truly an amazing gym. I really loved the class and the coach (Joseph) was helpful, encouraging and pushed me all at the same time. The gym is also really cool aesthetically! Be sure to pick up a smoothie from the smoothie bar after your workout!

All the classes here are 30 mins per session. It’s perfect for those who’s short on time but would like to break a sweat at the same time. Had Laura as my trainer and she provided us with individual feedback which is awesome. Highly recommend folks check this studio out!

Did my 1st class yesterday and it was actually pretty fun. I was getting tired with my standard workout routines, but the circuits/stations in these classes keep you on your toes. Each station is a little over a min long with short 15s intervals of rest before you repeat, so you're constantly in a state of motion. But the classes are short (30mins long) so it's absolutely doable for even a beginner like myself. Also, the coach, Joe, was really efficient. He explained everything so well and was great at keeping me motivated to push through.
