Be careful with the contract cause they do a lot of “typos” that can affect your rent afterwards.I was using one room for one price and in the contract i have another room with totally different price and they increased after a year!

I am a psychologist who is currently practicing out of Select Office Suites. I have rented here since October 2018 and am very impressed with the facilities as well as the staff. In particular, Dominic Olivio, the property manager and broker, has been extremely helpful throughout the process. He is accessible, friendly, and was responsive to any need I had as a tenant.

I've had to change my review after spending more time working in the suite. Terrible sound proofing, no AC or heat on the weekends included in the rent, and the work environment is not supportive to the sensitive work we do due to the many non-therapists that also rent from the suite. Having to move out before my lease is up! Maybe their other locations are better, but therapists should not rent at 90 Broad.

From our first viewing through to today, our experience has been 10/10. The facilities are impeccable, the staff are always on hand to help with questions and find solutions to your problems and since we have previously used a well known shared office space and viewed many others in NYC, Select Office Suites stand head and shoulders above any other offices we've seen or experienced. If we need extra furniture, help with IT, assistance with packages and mail or the fresh coffee needs refilling, the staff are always on hand to help.

We moved into the FiDi location on May 1st and we could not be happier with our space. The common area lounge and meeting spaces are so warm and inviting. The professional first class staff makes our every need addressed as quickly as it is brought to their attention. In the heart of the financial district it is close to every train, ferry, and Path as well as an endless supply of eating choices. if you are looking for space definitely take a tour!
