Kelly-Ann was so sweet and knowledgeable! She helped my friend and I find moisturizers and cleaners for each of our skins. you can really tell she genuinely enjoys the products that she was telling us about. don't always have the best experience with sephora employees but she was so sweet! Dawnay helped my friend get color matched and had such an amazing personality!

Usually I get chill vibes when I shop at sephora. Instead tonight at the union Square location I encountered a bratty dude who gave off vibes of being quick to argue. Not my thing, not interested in going back and forth. Being overwhelmed with work doesn't excuse shitty behavior terrible customer service. Shouldn't work with the public if you're getting upset that quick. I'm aware if I overreact to things barely gave dude a hard time. He shouldn't be working in customer service.

This location is surprisingly good. Helpful staff, short lines. Only issue is that they don’t have a restroom.

Came in to do a return and was waiting in line when I saw that the sales associate was glaring at everyone and giving every customer an attitude. I was getting really anxious because I was only doing a return and not buying anything so how was she gonna treat me?When I came up, she was very snappy and I got my account number wrong bc it was hard to press the keypad to enter my phone number. She sucked her teeth at me and I was holding back tears.I never want to shop at this location again.I didn't get her name but I think she was like a short Latina woman.

I frequently shop at this sephora and I must say that I always have a great experience shopping there. Customer service in the perfume and the sephora products was wonderful. The brands are organized so well and grouped in a way that I don't see in other Sephora stores.

Staff offered 25% off purchase but didn’t mention that it was to sign up for a credit card. Felt completely scammed and cheated. Started to provide details thinking I was signing up for a Sephora account to realise they were doing me dirty. Staff need to be more upfront with these details and not prey on the naive.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I don’t wear make up and needed help to buy a gift to my mom and the salespersons were snobbish and unhelpful. I was laughed at bc I was asking for help to find a product. Terrible experience. Happy I was finally able to find something for her, even though I had to interact with four rude, snobbish and arrogant people.

One of my happy places. The staff is very knowledgeable. From trying little complimentary samples, I have figured out what works and doesn't work before investing in great skincare products. I'm very grateful for that value add and the staff's candidness and recommendations!

This is the best Sephora I've been in. EVER. although it was very crowded, a beautiful OG makeup artist (I believe she was and I can't remember her name) with short blonde hair assisted me. She took the time to teach me how to properly prep my skin and apply concealer. Thanks to her I feel confident in my makeup application.

$60 for 60 minutes of halloween makeup. the representative was very motivated at the beginning but wasn't so at the end since he wanted to leave me as the make-up came: improvisation and but lack of definition. in a hurry because they got stuck on something that required more time without telling me dissent from the make-up artist and aggressive attitude from the senior when faced with my answers once they asked me if I was satisfied
